Piacevole esperienza

Pro: Posizione perfetta, centrale. Allegro mercato sotto casa (ottimi prezzi!), diversi supermercati nei dintorni. Abbiamo potuto guardare la processione di S. Agata comodamente dal balcone. Appartamento in ottime condizioni e ben arredato. C'è anche un terrazzino che si può sfruttare per cene all'aperto in estate. Appartamento pulito. Cucina piccola (angolo cottura) ma fornita di tutto il necessario. c'è anche macchinetta per il caffè con cialde. Proprietario gentile, ci ha fornito indicazioni utili.

Contro: Dei 2 bagni solo quello al piano superiore ha la doccia (ed è un bagno condiviso, con 2 porte che si aprono nelle 2 camere da letto), mentre il bagno nel soggiorno al piano dell'entrata è piccolino e non ha la doccia. Entrambi i bagni sono senza finestra. Palazzina antica. Ci sono 2 piani di scale, no ascensore.

Pro: Posizione ottima, host molto gentile e disponibilissimo, c’era la macchinetta del caffè a cialde che ho adorato, il phon, le asciugamani erano morbide e soffici, i letti abbastanza comodi forse offrirei solo più varianti di cuscini perché c’erano solo quelli alti.

Contro: Tutto come da aspettative.

Una vera casa catanese.

Pro: Posizione centralissima a due passi da via Etnea. L'appartamento è proprio sopra uno dei mercati storici di Catania ma con le finestre chiuse non si sente alcun rumore. Viene anzi voglia di scendere e farsi un bel giro. Caratteristici e ben tenuti i balconcini in cui godersi il sole. La casa è molto ben organizzata e dispone di tutto quello che serve, anche delle cialde del caffè e di un bel cesto di agrumi!

Contro: Parte del palazzo è in via di ristrutturazione quindi l'ingresso non è al momento molto invitante, ma credo sia solo una questione di tempo

Great location, well equipped, worth to stay there and enjoy your stay in the city of Catania.

Pro: The accommodation located in the very heart of the city center, easy to reach the most important sights, and must-see attractions (see the photos: Bellini garden, main square with Duomo, ancient ruins, historic fish market). Great view from the terraces (all rooms have) of the duplex: well-equipped and functional kitchen, cozy living room, and toilet downstairs, and 2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom. Spacious, elegant, functional flat. Great communication and flexibility with owner/key provider. Recommended for travelling buddies. :)

Contro: Everything was great, we had a really great time, no negative comments. Some useful tips for other travellers: a) the house where the apartment is located is without elevator, so it can be tricky to carry a really heavy luggage. We fortunately were with backpacks. :) b) If someone is a light sleeper or sensitive to the noises choose the room with inner garden and not facing the main street, it can be a bit noisy due to the market and nightlife, but nothing serious. It is only due to central location. All in all, it didn't bothered us at all.

Pro: A perfect location directly above the daily market, close to everything you could possibly need, Ornella was a great host and provided us with many sights to see and places to eat and they were all a wonderful experience, highly recommend this stay in Catania

Contro: Everything was great

Pro: The place was lovely! It has 2 bedrooms, but bare in mind that one of the bedrooms is above the living room, and does not have a wall separating the noise, but it has a big curton instead - which is a bit inconvenient. The apartment is big and has a nice terrace that is accessible from one of the bedrooms - the one that is completely separate. The only minus is the neighborhood- it is a lot dirty because of the market, and it looks a bit shady. Plus is the downstairs pizzeria has one of the best pizzas that we had in Catania. Overall we are satisfied:)

I would highly recommend this. I would also rent it again!

Pro: Marco, the host, was amazing and welcoming. The place was very clean and had everything you need. The kitchen had all the appliances/ pots plates (nice quality too). The host left chocolates for our kids which was thoughtful. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. We were 6 and the bedrooms were nice and the pull out cough was the comfiest we have ever slept on.

Contro: Nothing. It was great! Perfect rental for us.

Big apartment in the middle of the Catania market

Pro: Big apartment good aircon nice deck plus little balcony over the market. Nice service from Marcos getting in & leaving

Contro: The entrance was through a building site. The apartment was fashioned very old style. Couldn’t drive close cause of market & hard finding a parking building with ok reviews

Pro: It’s a beautiful apartment with a really unique cool vibe, it has all you need for a perfect city holiday, amazing location in the heart of the city and very close to be coolest bars and restaurants, hosts recommendations were the best!
