Pro: Accoglienza straordinaria, casa pulitissima, dotata di tutti i confort, centralissima. Ci torneremo.

Pro: Mi e' piaciuta molto la comunicazione amichevole del proprietario dell'appartamento. Anche la colazione era molto buona. L'appartamento ha un'atmosfera davvero molto accogliente.

Contro: Tutto era a posto...

Pro: La casa è molto grande, pulita, e possiede tutto il necessario per la permanenza. La cucina è ben attrezzata, era presente anche caffè e qualche merenda per la colazione. La posizione è fantastica perché vicinissima al centro, ma nel weekend la zona può diventare un po' animata di sera (nulla che non si possa risolvere con dei tappi alle orecchie). Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha riservato un'accoglienza che non dimenticheremo. Davvero consigliata!

Highly recommend and hoping to return when I can

Pro: Close to the centre of Catania with most highlights within walking distance. Giuseppe kindly organised a parking space for us. We loved the decor that represented Sicily. Spacious rooms with a view. We also appreciated the breakfast Giuseppe organised for us. Can’t speak highly enough of this property

Pro: Our stay at Casa Filippo in Catania was truly enjoyable. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. What made the experience even more special was Giuseppe’s warm hospitality—he was always available, kind, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. On our last day, he even surprised us with a lovely breakfast, which was such a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated. It’s clear he cares about his guests, and that made all the difference. Highly recommended if you're visiting Catania!

Spacious apartment, excellent location, secure parking

Pro: Giuseppe is an excellent host. Very welcoming and helpful. He gave us good recommendations and brought us a truly delicious breakfast when we checked out. The central location with secure parking is exceptional. Giuseppe can sort out the ZTL permit for the guests. It was a very convenient location to see Catania and to make excursions to Taormina and Mount etna by car. The apartment was really spacious and secure. Great bakery and nice restaurants really close.

Contro: A couple of tiny things - shower holder is a bit loose, and it would be useful to have a few extra blankets.

Pro: We are very happy that we choosen Casa Filippo to stay for a few days in Catania. Thanks to location of this apartment in almost city centre of the town, our sightseeing was very easy and comfortable. Close to every place we were interested in. Just few minutes to Duomo, Cathedral, elephant, station catania centrale, Stesicoro, shops and so on. Huge apartment includes three big rooms, bathroom, fully equipped kichen, A/C, balcony, free wi-fi, tv. We also had a great contact with the host. He explained us everything what needed and organized airport transfer in both sides. Thank you very much, we had a great time during this trip. Hope to see you soon in Catania and hope to stay longer in your apartment. Highly recommended! 10/10
