Everything was super, we would love to come back!

Pro: Amazing stay, highly recommended! We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was great, the place was clean, and it had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was excellent, Mary always replied immediately to any questions. Whenever something was unclear or we had small difficulties, Mary was very helpful with recommendations and quick solutions. The bus stop next to the building is also super convenient, including a direct bus to the airport. The view of Mount Etna from the terrace is absolutely beautiful, and the terrace itself is a great place to relax.

Contro: A small downside: you can’t use more than two powerful electric appliances at the same time, for example, if the stove and a kettle are on, you won’t be able to switch on the air conditioning, otherwise the electricity might go out. But the owner mentioned that they are already working on resolving this)

Pro: Modern apartman in the centre of the town. The terrace was wonderful.

Great modern flat in the heart of Catania with views to Etna!

Pro: The location is excellent, in the historic centre, a 20 minute walk from the bus and train station and 10 minutes walk along Via Aetna from the Duomo, fish market etc. We loved the flat, its simple modern decor and the ample light through big windows. It's very private and perfect for 2 people. The roof terrace with views to Mt Etna was a real highlight making the 73 steps up to the flat worthwhile. The living room with sofa, table and chairs made it a place to relax in too.

Contro: The layout of the kitchen working space was impractical. There was not enough room for food preparation, the kettle, cooking and washing up. The cooking area is under a sloping roof and it's not possible to stand up in front of the cooker. The kitchen is also under-equipped - no kitchen knives, flexible spatula, grater etc., only one saucepan. The area is surrounded by bars which stay open late so weekend nights was a bit noisy.

Excellent stay & very nice eateries nearby

Pro: The apartment was very clean and in excellent condition. Plenty of room & kitchen facilities all working properly. Rooftop patio was very nice & had uninterrupted sun all day, with a nice view of Etna. Mary messaged with all the relevant information we needed. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Contro: The only downside are the amount of stairs to get to the room, but you can’t have a rooftop patio without going up stairs

Pro: Beautiful and minimalist apartment, nice rooftop terrace, windows to all sides. It is located in a small street just around the corner from bars and restaurants, but the windows keep the noise out perfectly. Would always return to this place.

Pro: Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka, otrzymałem polecenia gdzie zjeść a problem z oknem został naprawiony w ten sam dzień. Mieszkanie dokładnie takie jak na zdjęciach. Piękny widok na Etnę z tarasu. W grudniu, po włączeniu ogrzewania było ciepło w mieszkaniu. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Mieszkanie znajduję się kilka kroków od głównej ulicy oraz obok znajduję się hipsterska ulica z różnymi knajpkami otwartymi do późna (polecam bar/restaurację Vermut). Podczas tygodniowego pobytu tylko w sobotę było słychać gwar z pobliskich barów. Uliczka prowadząca do mieszkania była oświetlona a samo wejście było ok.

Contro: Wąskie schody prowadzące do mieszkania ale z bardzo dużą walizką zmieściłem się

Strzał w dziesiątkę.

Pro: Super lokalizacja, świetny dwupoziomowy apartament z dużym tarasem i kilkoma balkonami. Nowoczesny wystrój, dwie łazienki i porządne telewizory. Bardzo dobry materac na łóżku i przyzwoite poduszki. Wszystkie kosmetyki dostępne w łazience. Bardzo kontaktowa i serdeczna właścicielka, bardzo łatwa komunikacja przez what's up. Gdybym był jeszcze raz w Katanii to wybiorę to miejsce. Przy czym trzeba pamiętać, że to apartament maksymalnie na cztery osoby dorosłe. Drugie łóżko to wygodna kanapa do siedzenia, ale pewnie się rozkłada i wtedy można tam prawdopodobnie spać.

Contro: Ciężko powiedzieć, że coś nam się jakoś specjalnie nie podobało. Na pewno jeśli ktoś jest starszy lub nie ma kondycji lub ma nadwagę, to musi wiedzieć, że jest to ostatnie piętro, chyba trzecie i wejście to w sumie z półpiętrami 10 poziomów. Apartament praktycznie w samym centrum, ale otoczenie, boczne uliczki trochę nieprzyjemne, ale to nic nadzwyczajnego na Sycylii. Z technicznych rzeczy to elektryczny ekspres do kawy niestety przeciekał i ciężko było zrobić kawę, lepiej sobie darować. Jest też klasyczny zaparzacz w wersji na saszetki, ale obsługa płyty i zrobienie w nim kawy to spore wyzwanie, czekałem pół godziny i mi się nie udało. Może jakaś instrukcja powinna być. Osobiście zamocował bym w łazienkach tradycyjne wieszaki na ręczniki. I mała uwaga do osoby sprzątającej, niech zerknie na półkę nad zasłonami widoczną z antresoli w kuchni 😉

Superbe endroit pour un séjour en immersion totale dans la vie locale.

Pro: Situation parfaite au pied du marché et à 10 minutes à pieds de la place du Duomo. Le toit terrasse avec vue sur l’Etna est exceptionnel. La literie est très confortable et les l’appartement est lumineux. Mary est très disponible et sympathique et nous a donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants

Contro: Tout était super néanmoins l’équipement de la cuisine est succinct, heureusement nous avions prévu de prendre nos repas dehors.

Un super séjour dans cette très belle ville de Catane, au mois d'août !

Pro: L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied. Il permet de voir l'Etna depuis la terrasse. L'équipement de l'appartement est quasi neuf, de très bon goût. L'accueil par l'hôtesse est très agréable et les réponses à nos demandes sans délai.

Contro: Un petit point d'amélioration peut être attendu dans l'équipement de la cuisine si on veut préparer quelques petits plats.
