Pro: Si merita un 11 anche se non é ammesso. Appartamento ampio dotato di tutto, da cibo vario e oltre ( x Natale pandoro e spumante 🤩), detergenti vari, detersivi x la casa. Pulizia impeccabile. Posizione ottimale dell’appartamento vicino a negozi di prima necessitá, posto auto sotto casa o nelle vicinanze (parcheggi a pagamento). Host Roberto sempre disponibile e premuroso, ci ha offerto informazioni preziose su Catania. Che altro dire? Una autentita positiva sorpresa. D’ora in avanti sará sicuramente usato come metro di paragone per gli altri soggiorni. Un immenso e caloroso ringraziamento.

Pro: Vacanza indimenticabile, clima eccezionale. Direi che ci è piaciuto tutto. A partire dall'host Roberto, persona stupenda, disponibile, cordiale. Ci ha suggerito cosa visitare a Catania e dintorni; in base a dove volevamo andare, ci inviava tutte le mattine i link di cosa visitare, riuscendo così a raggiungere facilmente le località. L'appartamento nuovo molto grande, pulitissimo e arredato con gusto. Non mancava nulla, sembrava di essere a casa. Se devo consigliare amici o conoscenti, suggerirò sicuramente questo! Grande Roberto! È stato un piacere conoscerti.... peccato che le cose belle finiscono in fretta! Sicuramente ci torneremo ☺️ Ronaldo, Barbara e famiglia 🥰

Pro: Appartamento grande, spazioso e luminoso, aria condizionata in ogni stanza, accoglienza calorosa da parte del proprietario, il quale si è premurato di lasciarci anche tutta una serie di prodotti di prima necessità. Sicuramente torneremo.

Pro: La posizione è perfetta, al centro città, ma allo stesso tempo l'appartamento si trova all'interno di un condominio tranquillo e silenzioso. L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato: spazioso, completamente arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comfort, ideale anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Anche la pulizia era impeccabile. Un plauso speciale va all'host che è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste! Super consigliato!

Pro: The apartment was very clean, spacious, fully equipped and in good location. Roberto was very nice, checked in on us every day, gave us a list of recommendations what to visit and drove us from and to the airport.

Pro: Our stay was wonderful! Roberto is an exceptionally kind, friendly, attentive, and helpful host. The apartment had everything one could possibly need (towels, all the dishes, air conditioners, etc.). It was amazing that there was a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher (when traveling with children, this is a huge advantage!), a crib for our 1.5-year-old girl, and changing pads. Roberto took care of everything down to the smallest details, and we are very grateful for that. Thank you for the cozy accommodation, the warm welcome, the detailed recommendations on what to visit, the treats, and your understanding! We stayed at the apartment as two families — 4 adults and 3 children.

The apartment is clearly well-maintained, with plenty of amenities, coffee, pastries, and plenty of food. The host is very kind and helpful, and speaks very good English. I recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful historical.
Pro: Wonderful spacious clean apartment with everything you need including a nearby shop and only a 20 min walk into the beautiful old historic centre. Close to many bus stops also including ones to the airport. Roberto is a kind and exceptionally helpful host who collected us from the airport and even took us to the beach on another day! He has a wealth of knowledge about the history of Catania and all the tips on where to go. Could not have been better!
Contro: The apartment is not in the old centre of town but we knew this and the walk in is quick and very interesting through the streets with the constant view of the volcano behind. Nothing to fault!
