L'isola del relax

Pro: Casa pulitissima dotata di tutto l’occorrente inclusi i contenitori per la raccolta differenziata e letti comodi. Proprietario gentile e disponibile ci è venuto incontro su un cambio all’ultimo. La spiaggia si trova a pochi passi dopo un piccolo percorso in pietra fra il verde.

Contro: All’esterno girano alcuni gatti ma non hanno dato molto fastidio

Isola del relax di nome e di fatto

Pro: La posizione strategica, a 2 passi dal mare, (2 minuti a piedi) a 15 minuti da Catania e dai centri commerciali. Un posto molto tranquillo. Una bella veranda grande, con parcheggio per l'auto direttamente dentro la veranda, chiusa con cancello scorrevole. La casa è sul mare, in veranda c'è la possibilità di fare anche la doccia d'estate. È una casa con 2 stanze da letto grandi e comode, una matrimoniale addirittura con vasca idromassaggio, l'altra più grande con 4 posti letto e possibilità di culla. La cucina è fornita di tutto compresa macchinetta del caffè lavastoviglie e un grande frigorifero. Host gentile e disponibile, abbiamo chiesto di anticipare il check e non ci sono stati problemi.

Contro: Forse una delle cose che mancano è un microonde, ma solo perché noi lo usiamo sempre. Per il resto c'è tutto!

Soddisfatta, ci tornerò

Pro: La casa è accogliente dentro in residence ed è vicina al mare. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Insomma umano . Adatta a coppie ( ha la Jacuzzi) ma anche a famiglie. Ci torneremo.

Pro: Proprietario molto disponibile, casa accogliente e spaziosa, giardino ideale per bambini. Comodo il parcheggio auto direttamente in giardino.

Pro: It Is a quiet location, optimal to explore eastern Sicily and enjoy the seaside. I liked that it is an anonymous holiday home for tourists but a lived, real home, similar to those we used to rent when I was a child and the internet was not there. The host was very helpful and everything worked well. The kitchen was well equipped.

Excellent home for families!!!

Pro: This house is great! The neighborhood is gated and very safe! We had private parking and were able to walk to the beach in 3 minutes!!! The beach is beautiful and only cool sand and seashells !!!

Pro: we arrived late at catania and needed a place for the night, this worked well for us, the host was helpful with checkin remotely eevn late in the evening. beds on the hard side but its a matter of personal prefernce. Overlla a good place to stay for the purpose we needed. There are no restaurants or coffeshops nearby but we had our own breakfast with us.

Contro: proeprty is a bit dated, teh garden furniture not too comfortable, the are a bit run down but feels safe, there wa a gate to get to the proeprty.

Pro: Holiday home is very nice, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen is fully equiped with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, refrigerator, dishwasher, gas cooker and oven. In the bathroom are shower, toilette and washing machine. In the first bedroom is double bed, bathtub with jets and TV, in the second double bed, bunkbed, desk and closets. There is available outdoor seating, grill, clotheslines, outside shower and place for car. Beach is just a few steps from the holiday home. We were really satisfied.

Contro: In the neighborhood are no grocery stores, the closest bakery or restaurant is 1,5 km but I understand that the locals can't do with this much. Having a car is a big advantage.

Pro: La casa es muy cómoda, un buen parque. El anfitrión muy amable y pendiente de todo

Contro: Que no hay ningún comercio de cercania

Pro: Рядом шикарный песчаный пляж и теплое море. В доме большая и удобная тераса. Есть гриль. До крупного магазина на машине 18 минут. Хозяин очень отзывчивый.

Contro: Старые сковородки.
