Pro: Beautiful house, great facilities, bed very comfy, outdoor space is a bonus. Its a short walk to the centre where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for an enjoyable stay.

Contro: If you struggle with stairs there are quite a few to reach the bedroom and steps are small. Also if you need a bathroom break during the night the facilities are on the lower level.

Pro: Beautiful apartment with absolutely all amenities. The interior is artistic and unusual, which gives an additional charm. In a very convenient and central location and at the same time a quiet street. Domenico was extremely friendly, kind and responsive. The beach is about half an hour walk away, but there is a bus stop nearby.There are great restaurants nearby, and the center itself is 10 minutes away. Wonderful place!

Pro: Amazing so close to the city centre but very quiet. A rare find . Very nicely presented.

Contro: Maybe a washing machine

Pro: This was one of the most beautiful, if not the most beautiful holiday apartment we've ever stayed at. Everything was so thoughtful, cozy and functional. Self check-in was seamless and for Sicilian standards, it was very quiet. The kitchen was probably better equipped than ours at home!

Contro: That we couldn't stay longer ;)

If I ever visit Sicily again, I’ll definitely book this apartment again!

Pro: I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the house. There were lots of small details that created a warm and welcoming feeling. Everything I needed for a comfortable stay was provided — a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a hairdryer, and even clothespins for hanging laundry.

Contro: There is a staircase leading to the bedroom, which I believe is important information, especially for elderly or disabled people. I personally had no issue with the stairs, but I think the apartment owner should mention this detail for future guests

Perfect place to discover Catania very near the city center! All comfort you need is present!

Pretty house, great location, great host!

Pro: Had a really wonderful stay here with my Mum for three days. Super easy check in and Tiziana was very responsive over messaging prior to and during our stay. The home is roomy and really nicely decorated. Though we didn’t use the cooking facilities, you could definitely make the most of them if you’re planning on eating at home sometimes. The place is fully stocked with toiletries and cleaning products and there’s also a manual inside that gives lots of recommendations for eating, shopping and activities in Catania. The TV allows you to watch Netflix, Amazon etc. There’s a nice porch outside of the bedroom which gets the sun and we felt really safe here during our stay. Will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Catania, thanks Tiziana!

Definitely unique

Pro: Beautiful uniquely designed apartment, a few minutes walk from the city center with parking in the immediate vicinity.

Contro: The constant up and down the narrow stairs to get to the sleeping area and the unsightly but safe area spoiled the stay somewhat.

This is your home from home

Pro: We liked the cute interior, and the attention to detail. The kitchen was fully equipped, and within a few hours this felt truly like home! Oh, and the bed was very good!

Contro: Nothing. And this is not a polite gesture, there was truly nothing wrong:)

A very comfortable and luxurious holiday home

Pro: A fantastic apartment with beautiful design. Only most grumpy people would find a reason to complain :) Decor is clever and tasteful, house has all the facilities you'd expect and hope for - including washing machine and fully equipped kitchen with all the accessories you'd need for even a longer stay - cutlery, pans, pots, glasses, coffee maker, even a decent supply of tea/coffee/spices etc. Owner really thought about everything. It honestly feels more like you're staying in friends' house than a hotel experience. Place is very spacious and house guide book is a great help if you don't know where to find something. The area looks rough but it's actually very popular among tourists and just a few minutes away from Piazza del Duomo. WiFi worked well, air conditioning unit is small yet does the job.

Contro: Not owners fault in any way: very chatty neighbours next street (late into the night). Once you closed the windows though - you forgot they're there. TV is mostly for viewing online services (which is fine) however Netflix wasn't set up correctly (most likely the due to recent Netflix account sharing changes). It wasn't a big problem though and I'm sure if we asked for that, someone would've came over and fixed it.
