Un'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Pro: Casa spaziosa, nuova e molto pulita. Unica pecca essendo un piano terra un po' di rumori (sopportabili) della strada e un po' di umidità non battendo il sole.

Pro: Ottimo appartamento, pulito, accogliente e molto confortevole

Pro: La casa era perfetta, pulita accogliente e accessoriata. La posizione è stata di mio gradimento , vicino alla fermata degli autobus non essendo automunito. Il centro si trova a circa 10 m. A piedi. In zona si trovano molti servizi utili dalla fermata dell'autobus al supermercato.. voto 10.

Posizione ottima, casa comoda e pulita

Pro: La casa si presenta pulita e accogliente ed è munita di tutte le comodità necessarie per un soggiorno piacevole. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro, la stazione ed il terminal dei bus in poco tempo. Host cordiale e premuroso pronto a rispondere in caso di necessità.

Contro: Non era ben chiaro che fosse un piano terra in quanto non era specificato nella descrizione ma inserito nella parte accessibilità nel paragrafo servizi

Compact and stylish apartment with many conveniences.

Pro: Very nicely designed small ground floor apartment, suitable for a couple. We enjoyed our stay, as the apartment had a very nice layout, bathroom and kitchen/lounge, and a comfortable bedroom. The apartment had many facilities like a washing machine and a dishwasher, microwave and well equipped kitchen. Host Francesco clearly put in a lot of thought into the apartment's design and conveniences. The location was near the bus station and within walking distance from the centre, ( 1-1.5km.)

Contro: Almost nothing to remark on! Perhaps the apartment looks slightly more light and airy in photos, but it has good artificial lighting, is well insulated from street noise. It was important to check Booking.com chat regularly to keep in touch with the host and communicate, as he is not on site. He is very responsive though. Make sure to keep your city tax in cash - I only saw that notification too late and had to leave slightly more money, but that's on me!

Pro: I liked everything about this apartment, it is very convenient to get to it, the apartment is very clean, there are a lot of spices, there is even washing powder, there is even shower gel; the apartment is very well equipped, the owner was easy to contact and in general the check-in was accessible and went very easily, a cool new apartment, the owner is a great guy, my rating is 100,000 points, thank you, I will definitely come back

Pro: It's directly near a Coop Supermarket. That's a very big bonus, especially if you're with children. Found everything I needed in and out of the apartment.

Contro: The apartment is located directly at ground level. With the window open you can hear the people passing right by the door. It's not that annoying unless they start cleaning the streets at 4 in the morning 😁.

Enjoyable

Pro: The property has many things I liked about it. Even though at street level ( yepp no steps ) it is extremely quiet. Property was really clean even in hidden corners. Rooms are spacious. Whatever was necessary for a 5 day stay was there. When you travel a lot you start appreciating minor things like spices, oil, vinegar which you sure don't want to buy for a couple of days. There was a good choice of these.

Contro: That direct TV channels were not available, but there was Prime, so who's complaining.

Pleasing, comfortable and relaxing experience

Pro: The apartment was spacious, we had everything from a nice bathroom to a comfortable bed. It was very quiet due to the placement of the bedroom. Very clean and comfortable for the price. The host helped us with everything we asked, provided information about the city, etc.

Contro: Sometime there was some sort of smell in the bathroom from the sewers but nothing bothering.
