Pro: L'abitazione è degna di nota, ben arredata, accogliente e completa di tutti i confort. L'ubicazione è straordinaria, tenuto conto che si trova nel pieno centro di Catania e adiacente alla nota Via Umberto I. Inoltre siamo stati ricevuti da una Signora gentilissima e molto garbata. La stessa ci ha messo subito a nostro agio, fornendoci le informazioni essenziali per un eccellente soggiorno. Complimenti

Pro: Ottima posizione, appartamento veramente grande e ben curato. Buon rapporto qualità- prezzo soprattutto per più persone.

Contro: Seppur sufficienti, da migliorare cuscineria e la mancanza di tv nelle camere da letto.

Pro: Perfectly located apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were absolutely wonderful – welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The apartment itself was very cozy and well-kept, making it feel like home. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Pro: Exellent stay! The appartement is even more beautiful than in the photos, it is in a safe area and the city center is close by foot.

Pro: It is a 2 floor apartment, cosy and from price perspective it’s is also absolutely competitive. The landlady speaks English very well, which is rare in Sicily. Parking is also easier on the streets than typically, though it can be still a nightmare.

2 floors apartment with Siciliano style

Pro: Extremely lovely apartment with very good location. Apartment fully furnished and renovated, with lots of lovely decorations. We felt like we were living in house of our relatives in Sicily. Totally recommend!

Perfect place in Catania for stay 😍

Pro: If you are looking for a place in Catania- This please is just perfect. The owner is lovely, she made me feel very welcomed, she is very helpful and has assisted me with so many things. Truly an amazing person. Flat is very big and spacious, in a perfect location right next to Corso Italia and few minutes walk from Villa Bellini and Via Etnea.

Contro: If you will come in summer the mosquitos 🦟 are savage. They did come inside the downstairs bedroom.

Pro: The apartment felt like a home, not like a rental. It was cozy and lovely!

Contro: It is not directly related to the apartment itself, but while thr location is very close to the main street, the neighborhood is a bit dark (poorly lit)
