Pro: L'appartamento si presenta come da foto, arredamento nuovo e pulitissimo; all'accoglienza troviamo una bottiglia di vino rosso, delle capsule per il caffè e una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo, un set di cortesia davvero gradito. I proprietari si sono messi nei panni dei loro ospiti e pensato al loro comfort. Doppie spine nelle prese ai lati del letto, sembra un dettaglio da poco, ma molto utili. Completa la fornitura una lavatrice e lavatoio sul terrazzino, asciugacapelli e ferro+asse da stiro. Durante il soggiorno, proprietari a disposizione per qualsiasi info. Mattia, disponibilissimo. Consigliato vivamente! Se intendete soggiornare qui potrete dormire su 4 cuscini...

Pro: Appartamento moderno e ristrutturato come nelle foto, confortevole, pulito e silenzioso. Cucina ben attrezzata con annessa zona giorno e al piano superiore un’ampia camera da letto (comodo il materasso) e il bagno spazioso e ben organizzato. Gli ambienti sono climatizzati, a disposizione un balcone nella zona giorno e un’ampia terrazza. Proprietari cortesi e disponibili. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di vino come benvenuto. Il quartiere in cui è situato l’appartamento è tranquillo.

Great choice for a longer trip

Pro: Really clean, modern and spacious house. Great contact with the host (always fast response). In the kitchen you have all you need. Spacious frigde is also great. Rooftop terrace is AMAZING, we were here at the beginning of March that wasn't super sunny, yet we used the terrace in the morning for breakfast and in the evening. Well equipped shop nearby. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own slippers, especially in the colder months, because the floor could be quite cold :) Still it's one of the best apartment's I've been in years.

Pro: Very clean modern apartment. Well located for visiting Catania, Mt Etna, Syracuse and Noto. Lovely sunny rooftop terrace. Bed very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Lots of nice touches around the apartment.

Contro: We had a car and parking is not easy particularly when you arrive and do not know the area.

Gem in Catania

Pro: Tasteful, modern flat in Catania. Excellent location to attractions, bus/train station & supermarkets. Responsive & helpful hosts. Apartment set out with everything you need for comfort. Thoughtful bottle of wine on arrival & great toiletries. Every detail has been thought of for your comfort. Would absolutely stay again & recommend.

Contro: Nothing to fault

Pro: I was absolutely delighted with my stay. The accommodation exceeded my expectations; the apartment is beautifully modern, impeccably equipped, and just as stunning as the photos suggest. It truly became my home away from home throughout my time there. The hosts were incredibly gracious and attentive, always available whenever I needed anything. The apartment is perfectly located, with easy access to the city center, grocery stores, pharmacies, and excellent restaurants. The terrace was an added bonus that made my stay even more enjoyable. I couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to spend a few unforgettable days in Catania. Thank so much Xx

Contro: Everything was perfect !

Pro: Absolutely excellent. One of the best I've ever had. From the cleanliness to the amenities to the never-ending array of gifts from our hosts. We used both the kitchen and the roof terrace daily. In the house you will find almost everything you can think of. And if it's possible, the house is even nicer in reality than in the photos. The place is also excellent, a quiet location, but close to shops, canteens and restaurants. COOP supermarket approx. 50 meters, bus stop right behind it. 200m bus station, right next to the train station. In one word - paradise. Absolutely recommend! I wish every accommodation looked like this. A big thank you to our hosts, who thought through in detail what a person needs on vacation.

Pro: Престоят ни от пет нощувки в Катания беше просто великолепен! Мястото е просторно, светло и много удобно, а чистотата е безупречна. Атмосферата създава усещане за уют и спокойствие, а в същото време сме само на крачки от всички важни забележителности и оживените улици на града. Домакините са изключително гостоприемни, винаги готови да съдействат. Оценяваме високо вниманието към детайла и личното отношение – бихме се върнали отново с удоволствие!
