Appartamento bello , 10 minuti a piedi da tutto

Pro: L’appartamento molto carino , ha tutto il necessario

Contro: zona molto rumorosa

Un soggiorno fantastico

Pro: Molto buona la posizione, l’appartamento nuovissimo , perfetta l’aria climatizzata , velocissimo il Wi-Fi , gradita la presenza della Smart tv e della lavatrice / asciugatrice . Nelle vicinanze si può trovare di tutto ( tabacchi, farmacie , supermercato , macelleria , panificio etc)L’host davvero accogliente , gentile e molto disponibile per qualsiasi necessità o consiglio ,lo consiglio davvero vivamente.

Pro: L'appartamento è in stile moderno, con tutto il necessario per trascorrere qualche giorno di vacanza: macchina Nespresso con capsule, TV con Netflix, lavatrice e Wi-fi performante. Essendo a pochissima distanza dal centro, si raggiungono le maggiori attrazioni a piedi. Data la peculiarità della città di Catania, consigliamo di munirsi di tappi per le orecchie, specialmente se si ha il sonno leggero. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a consigliarci per il meglio. Consigliatissimo!

Pro: L'host è stato super accogliente e ospitale, sempre pronto a rispondere velocemente a qualsiasi nostra domanda o esigenza. Nella stanza c'era tutto il necessario: TV grande, condizionatore, ferro da stiro, letto comodo, luci soffuse, ecc. Tutto era molto moderno e complessivamente l'appartamento era confortevole. La cucina era ben attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici. La doccia era grande e con tre diverse modalità di erogazione del getto dell'acqua. Era presente anche una comoda lavatrice e dei fili per stendere i panni su strada.

Contro: La posizione era periferica, ma in 10 minuti a piedi si poteva raggiungere Piazza Paolo Borsellino, il terminale degli autobus, da dove ci si poteva facilmente spostare e con poco più si poteva raggiungere la Fontana dell' elefante e quindi l'inizio del centro.

Soggiorno piacevole, da ripetere

Pro: Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile, ci ha dato molte indicazioni utilissime. La casa è accogliente dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari compresa fornitura abbondante x la colazione e bibite fresche in frigo. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Contro: L'esterno nn è invitante..ma per gli interni ne vale la.pena

Pro: The apartment is in amazing location, a few minutes walk from the historic center and major attractions. The host is very nice and answered my messages/requests very quickly. Coffee, water and snacks were waiting for me in the apartment. From the apartment to the airport is only 10min by uber or you can also take a direct bus which stops very close to the apartment.

Contro: The only bad thing about this place are the very cut walls and you can hear everything from outside. Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep at night because of the passing scooters and noises. Even earplugs did not help. However, if you have a strong sleep then do not hesitate to book this apartment

Pro: Very clean and cozy apartment. Ideal location between the centre and the beach (20 minute walk). This part of town seemed safe to us we didn’t feel unwelcome at all. Everyone in Catania is nice and friendly. The host was willing to help with anything. Definitely don’t be shy to ask for help. Everything in apartment was working well and modern.

Pro: We liked everything very much, the owner of the property was a wonderful person and was in touch 24/7. He gave a lot of advice and supported us throughout the trip. The housing itself corresponds to the price and quality, these are separate apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom, everything for a comfortable stay.

Pro: very good communication with the host ! he is super nice, always asked us how our day was going and etc. something i also have to say, was how obliging the host was, he gave us the opportunity to stay longer at the apartment since the flight was pretty late at night. i also don't understand the review about the noise, it was mostly quit but of course people have to go to work so there was some noise in the morning. the bed is very comfortable, towels are included and the drop of from the key is very easy. there was coffee in the apartment. also the area is nice, you feel like you are in true catania, too the city centre its a nice walk maybe 20 min max the beach is also close by maybe another 20 min. we overall loved the accommodation, very good price for a very nice place.

Contro: walls are a bit thin, so just bring some plugs
