Pro: L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso e ben attrezzato nel proprio centro della città. Pulito e moderno in un bel palazzo vecchio. Ne ha sei (!) balconi.

Contro: C'era una polvere bianca che é spuntata nel letto ogni notte che non sono risucita a capire da dove arrivava. Era come fosse sabbia bianca fine fine, ma non ero stata in spiaggia. Non d'arrivava da me di sicuro.

Pro: Posizione in zona ottima, appartamento grande, bello, ben dotato, gestori super gentili e pronti a soddisfare le richieste anche più strane. Dotato di condizionatori con pompa di calore che sono stati utili perchè nonostante le temperature gradevoli esterne, l'umidità un po' c'è ma accendendoli si stava benissimo. Cucina ben attrezzata, asciugacapelli performante in dotazione. gestori super gentili e presenti

Contro: Se si è sensibili al rumore va tenuto conto che la mattina c'è il mercato quindi può essere rumoroso, a noi non ha dato fastidio ma è un elemento da considerare. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano senza scale, altro elemento per noi non problematico ma che potrebbe essere un problema. Qualche attenzione in più alla pulizia dei punti più nascosti magari (cassetti e angoli). Noi siamo stati molto bene

Pro: Posizione ottima, nel centro storico di Catania, comoda a tutti i servizi (autobus del trasporto urbano e partenze per le maggiori località della Sicilia orientale) e vicina ai locali più caratteristici della città e alle piazze della movida catanese. Massima disponibilità da parte dell'host Luigi e del suo valido collaboratore Santi, pronti a rispondere a tutte le nostre richieste. Svegliarsi al mattino, scendere sotto casa e avere tutto ciò di cui avessimo bisogno a portata di mano è stato impagabile. Location consigliatissima!

Pro: Cosa mi é piaciuto? Tutto, dall'inizio alla fine. L'appartamento ha tutto ciò che uno può desiderare: posizione top, pulizia, letto comodo, lavatrice, condizionatore, terrazza, doccia comoda e spaziosa, divano letto, televisione, tutto! Santi é una persona fantastica e molto disponibile. Rapporto qualità prezzo incredibile

Wonderful place for a family stay

Pro: It's a nice and cozy apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay at the best possible location in Catania. Our host provided us with tips of the good places to eat, places of interest, how to get around, etc. The kitchen had the best supply of all the places I have been to. This is so helpful when you cook for a small child.

Pro: Very helpful when check-in. The suite is nice and fully equipped. Can recommend.

Pro: The kitchen and bathroom was fully equipped. There was tea, coffee and even a moka pot! Everything was clean. The location was perfect. We didn't need to use buses. The hosts took care of the smell in the apartment so you don't have to worry - you won't even notice you are above the fish market:)

Contro: I didn't have a problem with the noise outside but some people might. If you are a sensitive person, you'd better take your earplugs. Also, we noticed a few ants in the kitchen. There was a spray against insects but I guess it works only for a few loose ones, not for a whole ant nest. Anyway, they can't hurt you.

Pro: Luigi was an amaizing host. Very friendly and helpfull. He even let us chekcout late without extra payment, since there was no new people coming after us. The place is right next to Piazza Duomo and the main street. You can walk to every touristic attraction.
