Pro: My family and I had an unforgettable experience in this wonderful and diverse city, where we spent four days in May. Domenico and his family are amazing people – warm, helpful, kindly. The apartment was clean and newly furnished. It had two balconies: one with views of Mount Etna and the other overlooking a lively Sicilian street, which I truly enjoyed. The surrounding area and the local people were very kind and friendly, making me feel right at home. The apartment is located in the center of Catania, close to major landmarks, the fish market, restaurants, and the shopping street. Parking is free, and during this time of year, finding a spot near the apartment was not an issue.

Pro: It’s a very spacious and clean apartment with a great location. There are stores and a bakery nearby and the city centre is close too.

Pro: Apartamentul este renovat, absolut curat! Este dotat cu toate cele necesare: aragaz, cuptor, aparat de cafea, frigider, masina de spalat vase, masina de spalat rufe. În plus, exista masa de călcat, fier de călcat, uscător de par, vase de gătit. Comunicarea cu gazdă a fost ok, intervalul pentru check-in a fost absolut rezonabil - pana la ora 21. Astfel, puteam închiria masina de la aeroport, sa facem o plimbare, pana sa ajungem la reședință. De aceea, tot ceea ce a ținut de gazda a fost super ok și ii mulțumim! Pe strada exista tot felul de minimarket-uri de unde se poate cumpăra ceva de mâncare, tigari sau diverse lucruri de care ai putea avea nevoie.
Contro: A fost un pic dificil cu parcarea mașinii închiriate. În prima zi, am găsit parcare pe strada. În următoarele zile am parcat undeva pe niște străduțe din împrejurimi.

Pro: Krásný, čistý a velice prostorný byt. Vybavení bytu je nové, kuchyně je plně vybavená. Bylo tam teplo i v únoru - klimatizace. Komunikace s pronajímatelem skvělá. V dochozí vzdálenosti do centra. V části města směrem k letišti.
Contro: V noci jsme z okolních ulic neměli nejlepší pocit, nicméně nic se po dobu našeho pobytu nestalo.

Pro: Apartman je savršeno čist, nov, prostran sa svim što je neophodno za život. Nas petoro smo u njemu proveli 7 dana zimi. Tri klima uređaja rade, svaka soba ima tv, kuhinja i kupatilo potpuno opremljeni. Apartman je sasvim blizu pešačke zone, oko 300 metara od zamka Ursino, ali su ulice tesne i u kraju gde žive siromašniji građani Katranije. Ipak uspevali smo uz malo muke da parkiramo auta u blizini stana. (u autima ne ostavljaje nista na sedištu). U blizini je pekara i par prodavnica. Parking koji se plaća Borsselino je na 10 minuta, tj. 700 metara,

Pobyt bardzo udany.
Pro: Mieszkanie ładne, wygodne i dobrze wyposażone. Gospodarz dostępny i elastyczny - mogliśmy wcześniej wejść do mieszkania (przylecieliśmy z samego rana) co pozwoliło nam wcześniej zacząć zwiedzanie. Super lokalizacja, blisko lotniska- kilka minut samochodem i blisko do centrum- 8 minut spacerkiem do centrum historycznego. Dzielnica nie turystyczna -zaniedbana. Na ulicy toczy się lokalne życie, ale nam się to podobało. Bezpiecznie. W pobliżu są piekarnie, stoiska warzywne i sklepy spożywcze.
Contro: Nas trochę zdziwiła pościel - prześcieradła i koce bez poszwy (Poliester). Problem z wilgocią na ścianach w łazience

Pro: Todo!! La limpieza, lo grande que son los ambientes y cómodos. Equipado excelente con todo lo necesario. Excelente temperatura y la ubicación para recorrer todo a pie y cercano a las rutas de salida para otras ciudades
Contro: Me gustó todo. Incluso se puede estacionar en los alrededores sin pagar , después de las 19 horas más fácil aún encontrar lugar para hacerlo.
