Nice appartment on the top of the old building in the city center

Pro: Good location - close to the city center and to the bus station/ train station. Good internet, nice appartment, comfortable bedroom. Nice design and quite comfortable furniture. Comfortable temperature. Easy check in and check out. Host allow us to check in earlier with no additional payment. Good value for its price.

Contro: Complicated registration - you have to sign long contract with some company and provide them much personal data that seems dangerous to me. And they told you about it just one week before the check in and if you don`t want to sign, you should find another appartment. So I consider that it should be written in the description of the appartment. There were mosquitoes inside, probably because of the hole from a fan in the kitchen. Kitchen is good for eating but too small for cooking. The appartment is on the high floor - it was not a problem for us, but it could be a problem for someone. Finally I can say that in spite of all negative moments above we spent a good time their and probably it is good option for a short stay.

Sehr günstiges, sauberes, leises und zentrales Ferienapartment zu einem sehr guten Preis.

Pro: Ein relativ geräumiges Apartment im Dachgeschoss (viele Treppenstufen) mit kleinen Fenstern. Bett und Schlafsofa waren ausreichend bequem. Die Küche war recht spartanisch aber funktional ausgestattet. Eine Mikrowelle hat leider gefehlt. Eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche war angenehm groß. Die Wohnung war äußerst leise, vor allem nachts. Wifi hat gut funktioniert und reichte für Telekonferenzen aus. Das Apartment ließ sich auch im Winter gut heizen mit den vorhandenen Möglichkeiten. Alles funktionierte, wie vereinbart (Schlüsselübergabe etc.). Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, auch angesichts der zentralen Lage.

Slovacchia 🇸🇰

Pro: Nachádza sa na poslednom poschodí, čiže nie je vhodný pre nie športovcov, každý deň hore 100 schodov, minimálne raz :-). Vybavenie postačovalo. Ak hľadáte tichšiu lokalitu, nie je to vhodná lokalita, aj cez zatvorené okná bolo počuť hluk motoriek a áut. Celkový dojem Apartmánu - útulný.

Contro: V kúpeľni a WC bol zapáchajúci odpad, ktorý sa nedal odstrániť a ani vyvetrať - pretrvávalo to počas celého pobytu a veľmi vŕzgajúce dvere do kúpeľne a WC. Sieťka na okno nedoliehala v Kúpeľni a WC a dnu sa nám dostávali komáre, ktoré nám znepríjemňovali noc :-).

Pro: Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und die Lage ganz ordentlich (5 Minuten von Centro Storico, 10 Minuten von Catania Centrale). Es gibt ein Lidl in der Nähe und das Viertel ist ordentlich ruhig. Gabriele war ein super Gast, alles ging sehr schnell für die Schlüssel.

Contro: Maximal das Viertel an sich war nicht besonders hübsch, es war aber nicht gefährlich oder unsauber. Für die Preisleistung war alles in Ordnung.
