Pro: Appartamento delizioso, ristrutturato con molta intelligenza e cura. Giovanna è stata di grande aiuto sia aspettandoci per il check in (aereo in ritardo), sia per i preziosi consigli prima e durante la nostra visita (ristoranti, consigli turistici). L'appartamento è su due livelli e lo spazio a disposizione è molto piacevole e confortevole. La porta dà sulla strada direttamente ed è protetta da un robusto cancello con serratura. Un soggiorno purtroppo breve durante il quale ci siamo sentiti accolti e benvenuti.

Beautiful accommodation with the best hostess

Pro: Giovanna was an absolutely wonderful hostess. She allowed us to check in even though we had an early arrival. As arranged, she was waiting for us, handed over the keys and explained how everything worked in the room. Even before our arrival she sent us all the instructions via Whatsapp on how to get to the accommodation from the airport, tips on restaurants, interesting places to go about and answered all our questions helpfully. The accommodation is clean, spacious and has everything we needed. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the kitchen to welcome us, small snacks, teas, coffee. In short, perfect. The room furnishings are super, incredibly comfortable bed - including pillows and a large blanket. Accommodation is walking distance to both bus, train and city centre. We walked everywhere.

Contro: We stayed in winter on New Year's Eve - there is air conditioning on the upper floor and it is nice to heat up, there is also a direct heating, but be prepared that it is colder downstairs. There's a car wash nearby and you can often hear the continuous washing of cars from early morning. But that's not the fault of the accommodation. If anyone is more sensitive to street sounds, bring earplugs.

a cozy accommodation...we felt like home

Pro: Spacious apartment, very clean, stylishly decorated, equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfast, close to the central area, located on a side street, far from the noise of the road and restaurants (which stay open until after midnight). There is a car wash in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, but it is not open later than 7 p.m. Giovana was a great host: she waited for us to hand over the keys and show us the apartment, left us some snacks for the morning, gave us a map of the city and told us which areas of the city to avoid. Communication with her on whatsapp was very easy. She gave us recommendations for restaurants, ice cream shops and even a travel agency that makes trips to the Etna volcano. The recommended patisserie -Savia- really has the best arrancinu in Sicily :). On the day of departure, she helped us with the taxi to the airport. I strongly recommend Giovana's apartment. Grazie mille, Giovana!

Contro: The neighborhood and the neighbors' dog that barks on the balcony at night. But that's not Giovana's fault. Related to the city: trash bags left on the sidewalk, buildings scrawled with graffiti and not maintained (looks abandoned). The superb baroque building of the Bellini theater looks like a ruin.

Pro: The Host very orientated to our needs. The apart very clean, modern and very well equiped. Coffe, water and wine and beverages as a welcome. Very Kind and warm family. Close to City center and the Main atractions Thank you Giovanna!

Pro: Van alle gemakken voorzien, veel ruimte, in de keuken alles aanwezig en schoon. Vriendelijk ontvangen! Eigenaar gaf veel tips qua omgeving.

Contro: Wel veel geluid op straat 's morgens vroeg.

Pro: Wunderschöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber und stylisch Eingerichtet. Sehr nette Gastgeber die bereits im Vorfeld viele nützliche Tipps gegeben haben. Für einen Aufenthalt in Catania sehr zu empfehlen.

Contro: Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Pro: Curat, exact ca în poze. Personalul atent și grijuliu. Dotat cu tot de ce ai nevoie! La 5 min de centru. Înconjurat de restaurante și magazine. Și liniște! Cei care iubesc liniștea, locuința este perfectă!

Pro: The apartment is very comfortable, super clean and quiet in the evenings. There is everything needed and many extras with welcoming breakfast items, coffee, tea and bathroom items. The owner is very caring and helpful, communicating brilliantly for arrival and for any questions during the stay. The location, in an urban renewal area, is in perfect walking distance to bus and train stations for all the nearby day trips! We'd definitely stay again :)

Pro: Die Wohnung war super modern und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin hat uns mit unzähligen Tips für Catania und umliegende Orte gegeben. Sehr zuvorkommend!
