Pro: Gli spazi enormi e la casa d'epoca hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno ottimo. Posizione vicina al centro e per questo motivo rumorosa, ma con tutti i servizi sotto casa.😉. L'appartamento era fornito di ogni comfort. Letti comodissimi!

Contro: L'iniziale assenza di pulizia ma ho rimediato personalmente pulendo l'appartamento. Dopo è stato tutto accogliente e perfetto.

Catania e catanesi stupendi.

Pro: Tutto benissimo, accoglienza eccezionale anche se arrivati in tarda serata causa ritardo mezzo di trasporto. Posizione ottima, in 5 minuti sei in pieno centro.

Pro: We had a wonderful time at this spacious and lovely apartment. There are huge rooms, exectly as in the pictures, and the flat is equipped with everything you need. There are plenty of chairs, plates, cups, cuttlery and the landlady is extremely kind, and at your help in anything in minutes. For example giving hints about good places to go, or what to see etc. There are games in the living room, so we could play cards in the evening. We loved the place. The area is also good, because you could eat cheaply, the local food for locals. I honestly recommend the place.

Pro: Very spacious apartment with two bathrooms. Close to shops. Distant to city center is acceptable, about 10-15 minutes by foot. Nice and helpful host. Ideal place for group of friends or family.

Contro: Lack of private car parking. But it is possible to park close to the apartment.

Trop court et pourtant c’était 11 jours

Pro: L’appartement est grand et à proximité du centre et de pas mal de commerces et de lieux à visiter. Il est climatisé et possède deux douches wc ce qui permet d’être bien. La literie est de qualité et l’accueil est très sympathique.

Contro: L’extérieur est un peu bruyant.

Sizilianisch für Anfänger

Pro: Die Wohnung liegt zentral und die Stadtmitte ist fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Platz ist reichlich vorhanden und unsere Vermieterin war bei einem technischen Problem sofort zu erreichen und kam umgehend vorbei. Alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden und im charmanten, sizilianischen Stil fühlt man sich etwas der Zeit und dem täglichen Leben enthoben. Wer allerdings das rundum Sorglospaket wie in einer hochmodernen Appartement-Anlage sucht, ist hier nicht richtig. Dafür entschädigt der Fakt mittendrin zu sein und ein sizilianisches Lebensgefühl zu bekommen. Auch wenn es sich um eine kleine Einbahnstraße handelt ist es quirlig und das Hupen der Autos, das Bellen des einen oder anderen Hundes, sowie die engagierten Handytelefonate vorbeigehender Passanten lassen einen jederzeit spüren, dass hier ein anderes Leben geführt wird. Wer Sizilien will, bekommt hier auch Sizilien!

Contro: Unabhängig von der Unterkunft war das Autofahren eine echte Herausforderung. Ausser Kraft gesetzte, Westeuropäern bekannten, Verkehrsregeln kosten schon mal den einen oder anderen Tropfen Schweiß. Blinken wurde meinerseits völlig überbewertet und das Hineindrängen in den fließenden Verkehr hat man am 2. Tag dann auch herausgefunden. Trotzdem konnte ich den Mietwagen ohne Schaden zurückgeben. Aber auch das ist auch nur wieder eine unvergessliche Erfahrung und somit nicht wirklich ein Minuspunkt.

Tágas antik lakás a történeti és a modern belváros határán

Pro: Fantasztikus városi palota lakás, nagy belmagasságú, boltozott, tágas terekkel, szép antik berendezéssel. A fürdőkre ráférne egy pici frissítés, de cserébe kettő is van. Az utca borzasztóan hangos a forgalomtól és szemetes, de negyed óra sétára van a történelmi városközponttól. A szállasadó rugalmas és kedvesen kommunikál.

Pro: Schöne und saubere Wohnung, die mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet ist. Sehr Geräumig und komfortabel! Sehr bequeme Betten, saubere Bettwäsche. Die Lage ist gut, die Stadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Küche war schön mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet und ein kleiner Elektroherd hat uns völlig gereicht. Im Badezimmer gab es eine Waschmaschine. Jedes Zimmer und die Küche haben einen kleinen Balkon. Der Straßenlärm hat uns nicht gestört. Die Gastgeberin war sehr fürsorglich, hilfsbereit und warmherzig! Die Kommunikation mit ihr war super, alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Vielen Dank für schöne Weihnachtsferien!❤️

Pro: La beauté de l’appartement les équipements et surtout le dialogue avec Gisella qui est réactive et qui sait s’adapter avec gentillesse, sa disponibilité et de bons conseils pour les visites

Contro: Un peu bruyant côté rue mais ça reste un inconvénient banal quand on est en grande ville
