Splendida villa con piscina in una cornice eccezionale

Pro: La posizione ai piedi dell'elba é molto bella. La casa é grande e ben organizzata. Vicina ai servizi del paese di Zafferana dove si trova di tutto.

Contro: Accesso ripido: consigliato l'uso di auto \

Pro: La location è meravigliosa. La villa è affacciata sul mare e contornata da un bosco davvero suggestivo. La struttura è equidistante dalle principali attrazioni della zona orientale della Sicilia (Taormina, l'Etna, Catania) . L'unità immobiliare è curata nei minimi particolari. Davvero soddisfacente per chi voglia trascorrere una vacanza rilassante e piacevole.

Contro: Se proprio si vuole trovare qualcosa da rilevare, va detto che il viale di accesso alla villa è un po' ripido, anche se una volta presa dimestichezza con la salita si riesce a gestire.

Pro: The view of the house is amazing, we enjoyed our stay at this good location, spacious, comfortable villa, the central heating is working very well, this is great for the wet winter months of Sicily.

Amazing holiday at Villa Maria

Pro: Our family of four stayed in this villa for 11 nights and oh how we liked the place. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Replied to all our messages quickly. He also adjusted check in, check out times to accommodate our needs- thank you! The villa is huge and spacious, has all you need for the holiday. It is well situated on the hill with beautiful sea views. As it is in the mount Etna's shade, it's very pleasant to sit in the balcony in summer evenings enjoying the view. I recommend getting up early in the morning to see the sunrise too. The villa was very clean. The swimming pool was amazing, it was clean and a big plus to the villa. It was really nice to cool down in it during hot summer days. We did have a car so we could travel a bit. There are few places to see around. There's nearby shops and restaurants too. We all did enjoy our stay and would recommend this place without any hesitation to anyone wanting to stay in Sicily.

Contro: Even though there were mosquito nets we did get few bites. This however is expected on holidays and didn't make our holiday any worse.

Pro: The villa is perfect for a big familly and the view from terraces is stunning. Everything is arranged for maximum confort. We had enjoyed the swimming pool, outside grill and fully equiped kitchen. There was one of the best place we ever had. God bless you and y family ,all the best !! Pro: From this beautiful, spacious, clean house with a stunning view, we (a family with two small children) visited Ortigia, Catania, Taormina, Enna... We were able to use the pool in the beginning of May. The facilities are very complete. Also the outdoor kitchen is fantastic. There is so much space and wherever you are in the house or in the garden, you are spoiled by the beautiful view at any time of the day.

Contro: The beautiful location makes it difficult to go out on foot. No problem for us because we had prepared to do everything by car. The road to the house is indeed steep but in return you get that beautiful view.

Pro: Fantastic family home, just as described. Very spacious with everything you need. Thoughtful and generous host.

Truly a perfect week of relaxation, enjoying the Etna and the surrounding area and relaxing.

Pro: Everything was amazing! The location ON the Etna, the house itself, the pool, close to a lovely village, the VIEWS from the balcony! The host was friendly, quick with replies and super friendly. 10/10 will visit again!
