Pro: Spacious, well equipped, very clean, very nice apartment. There was plenty parking spots on street, we could easily parked our car. Very good communication with the host. She expected us with goodies and vine it was a very nice gesture. Thank you!
Contro: Silicy is a very beautiful island, but the trash management on this island is very poor, or inexistent. It was the one thing what bothering us.

Pro: It was very modern, clean and unexpectedly different from what we imagined from the street. Great furnishings and our host gave us extras such as wine, water, lemonade and nibbles! Spacious.
Contro: Two of the air conditioners leaked water but that was nothing! Flights of stairs with bags but we coped with that.

Lovely stay in Catania
Pro: The apartment was beautiful and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The host was very friendly and welcoming , which made the experience even better.
Contro: Unfortunately the apartment is not well insulated, so noise from outside and from the building was very noticeable. This might be common for many buildings in Catania. We also ran out of hot water a few times, although it did come back quickly.

Great property with a lovely host! RECOMMENDED
Pro: -> Very nice host, we communicated easily via WhatsApp. She wanted to welcome us personally to the location and explain how things work -> She left a bottle of wine, water, some pistachio cream and a lot of other goodies for us on the table and this was a very nice touch -> The apartment is very spacious and very nicely renovated, all looked new, clean and well kept. We also found what we needed like kitchen supplies, it has a washing machine, basically everything one needs for a great stay -> Balcony with side sea view is awesome for some coffee with a view in the morning -> Location is great! Just a few minutes away from the city center / bus stop and it has nearby some parking spots -> If back in Catania, we will surely be choosing the same apartment
Contro: -> in one of the bedrooms, the bigger one with the balcony, it can get a bit noisy during the night but this is how this city is, full of nightlife activities (one of the things we actually loved about it)

Pro: Die Lage ist für einen Städtetrip ideal, sehr großzügige Räume, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und gibt gerne Tipps. Absolut empfehlenswert 😃

Pro: Prachtig appartement, met zorg ingericht. Hartelijke ontvangst. Informatie via WhatsApp wat we konden bezichtigen in de omgeving. Op loopafstand van het Centrum. Wij willen dit appartement aan iedereen aanbevelen.

Catania ist wie alter Punk Rock: Laut und dreckig!
Pro: Appartment mit top Lage. Ca. 5 Minuten zum Fischmarkt und dann ist man auch schon in der Fußgängerzone. Vom Flughafen in die Stadt mit dem ALIBUS ca. 15 Minuten für 4,- € pro Person. Der große Markt in der Innenstadt auch ein Muss. Und es gibt natürlich eine riesige Auswahl an Restaurants mit sehr gutem Essen. Wer früh am Fischmarkt ist kann frischen Fisch direkt vom Grill genießen.
Contro: Viele Autos und größtenteils vollkommen rücksichtslos gegenüber Fußgängern, selbst bei grüner Ampel! So auch lange nicht mehr erlebt. Und leider sehr viel Müll. Braucht ein paar Stunden dann kommt man aber klar damit. Ich fand die Stadt absolut sehenswert, müßte aber nicht noch einmal hin.
