Favoloso appartamento anzi casa in centro a Catania. Qualità prezzo super ottimi.

Pro: Tutto: l’appartamento molto grande ( anche troppo). Pulito, nuovo, aveva tutto. Vicinissimo al centro, anzi in centro, con negozio di alimentari vicino, bar creperia etc.

Contro: Se proprio devo mettere una cosa negativa, ho trovato il bidet non funzionante.

Posizione perfetta per visitare Catania

Pro: Ottima posizione, vicinissima al Duomo di Catania, al mercato del pesce e al Castello Ursino, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Inoltre è a circa 20 minuti dall'aeroporto. La casa è ben arredata ed è climatizzata. All'esterno la zona è tranquilla e si trova facilmente parcheggio. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e ha comunicato con noi velocemente.

Pro: Ottima comunicazione con la proprietaria del b&b, Irene, che è venuta incontro in più occasioni, alle mie richieste ed esigenze. Ottima wifi. Comodissima struttura a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Pro: Appartamento molto spazioso, moderno, pulito, fornito di tutti gli utensili necessari, a 5 minuti dal centro. Parcheggio gratis disponibile in zona.

Pro: La proprietaria dell’appartamento è stata da subito gentile e disponibile, non abbiamo avuto problemi di alcun tipo. Già al check in è stata paziente ed esplicativa per quanto riguarda l’accoglienza, sempre presente da remoto durante tutto il tempo del soggiorno per qualsiasi nostra richiesta e dubbio! Soddisfattissimi! Appartamento inoltre moderno, pulito, fornito di tutti gli utensili necessari, a due passi dal centro e molto capiente. Molto consigliato.

Downtown Jem With Parking

Pro: The property is located in a safe area. It's a two minute walk to the historic centre's pedestrian zone. Close to the wet market, pop up weekend eateries, bars and restaurants. It's one of the few areas downtown where it's easy to park for free at any time. (Don't tell everyone!)

Contro: Nothing to dislike...

Pro: Centrally located appartment in silent street, in less than 10 min walking distance from main attraction areas and restaurants & fish market. Clean, light and stylish appartment with all the amenities you need and Sicilian accents in Modern interior. Good for longer family stays (well equiped kitchen). Good street and paid (1€/24h) parking options. Irēne is a Great host, welcoming and very easy to communicate with.

Contro: Key collection is a bit challenging as there is no lockbox, and if you have travel delays, you have to make sure there is someone to give you the keys. Apartment has instastalled videocamera in living room, which you'd like to be informed in advance. Also shower would be nice to fix to avoid leakages.
