Pro: Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari per un soggiorno di media durata. La host Rosy è gentilissima e cordiale. Sempre pronta a soddisfare le eventuali esigenze degli ospiti. Risponde tempestivamente alle comunicazioni whatsapp.Grazie!

Contro: Nulla da segnalare, se non limitati piani di appoggio per i bagagli....ma del resto si chiama \

Posizione e ospitalità eccellenti

Pro: L’appartamento è pulito , ben organizzato e dotato di tutti i comfort. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare Catania, con tutto a portata di mano. Il quartiere è tranquillo pur essendo centrale. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host: incredibilmente gentile, e sempre disponibile. Fin da subito è stata accogliente e ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole con la sua ospitalità.

Pro: The host was very friendly and helpful. I arrived rather late in the evening and she was already at the apartment to hand over the keys. On the day I left, I could leave my luggage in the room till late afternoon, and she came specifically back to the apartment so that I could collect my luggage. An espresso machine with more than enough espresso cups was available, and I enjoyed morning and evening coffees.

Pro: A nice and comfortable apartment, very clean and placed in a very quiet and good area plus it's very near the centre city 7mnts by walk to piazza duomo and easy to park the cark. The host rosy is so welcoming and helpful !!!

Pro: A very good place, clean and well-maintained. The owner is very kind and always willing to help. The location might seem odd at first, but all of Catania is the same. It's close to a bakery and a pastry shop 100 meters away. The city center is within walking distance, but the train station is a bit further. Free parking is available on the street if you're lucky. A welcome bonus is that you'll find snacks and drinks (for the kids, in our case), delicious Nespresso coffee, and a beach umbrella and volleyball are provided. I highly recommend this place; it's affordable and wonderful. A great vacation, a true DOLCE far niente.

Pro: Probably one of the best accommodations in Catania. Very clean, comfortable bed, kitchen equipped with everything you need, washing machine. Location 10/10 in all respects. The position is right in the city center, in the busiest area of ​​Catania but on a quiet street, 10 minutes to the fish market. Mrs. Rosy is a special person, she gave us useful information about restaurants. I 100% recommend staying here and you will be convinced.

Pro: Miła i kontaktowa gospodyni, bardzo dobra lokalizacja w centrum, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, śniadanie.

Contro: Mały kosz na śmieci, niskie ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem

Pro: Apartament zdecydowanie godny polecenia! Niezwykle czysty, w pełni wyposażony – do dyspozycji gości są m.in.. lodówka, mikrofalówka, pralka, ekspres do kawy, suszarka, klimatyzacja oraz wentylator. Położony przy cichej, spokojnej uliczce, zapewnia komfortowy wypoczynek – – czasem tylko przemknie pojedynczy skuter lub samochód. Lokalizacja jest doskonała – do Piazza Duomo i Bazyliki Św. Agaty można dojść pieszo w kilka minut. Miłym dodatkiem jest cukiernia u wylotu ulicy, oferująca świeże ciastka i bułki przez cały dzień. Właścicielka apartamentu była niezwykle sympatyczna i pomocna – na powitanie czekały na nas przekąski i napoje, co od razu wprawiło nas w doskonały nastrój.

Pro: De host is ontzettend behulpzaam en heel lief, de accomodatie is zeer gunstig gelegen en bevat alles wat je nodig hebt voor een lang verblijf, de leuke extraatjes zoals snacks en drank bij ontvangst worden enorm geapprecieerd. We raden deze accomodatie zeker aan!

Contro: Badkamer valt een beetje klein uit, maar het lukt wel
