Raccomando vivamente questa struttura

Pro: La posizione è semplicemente eccezionale, in una via tranquillissima a due passi dal centro. L'ambiente è molto carino e arredato con cura. L'host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Contro: Unico appunto: le porte delle docce non chiudono bene e, anche facendo attenzione, si allaga un po' il bagno.

Soggiorno comodo e rilassante nel centro storico di Catania.

Pro: Una struttura moderna nel centro storico di Catania. Bellisssimo il soppalco e la grande zona giorno. Perfetta anche la posizione: in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Luca sempre molto disponibile ci ha fatto sentire a casa!

Pro: appartamento delizioso arredato molto bene dotato di ogni comfort e in grado di soddistare ogni necessità. situato molto vicino al centro storico meraviglioso di Catania. Titolare gentilissimo e disponibilissimo per ogni necessità.

Pro: Posizione super centrale, pulizia e appartamento super attrezzato e ben curato

Pro: Posizione fantastica per apprezzare il centro della città, ampio spazio interno, due bagni e divisione ambiente tra parte sotto e soppalco. Staff disponibile.

Contro: Leggermente umido vista la tipologia di struttura.. ma i climatizzatori sono belli potenti e nn si soffre assolutamente il freddo o l umido.

Pro: Great apartment - right in the heart of Catania! Very spacious, great facilities, good communication (Luca was a fantastic host- he also provided some local suggestions for beaches, restaurants) and the shower pressure was heavenly! Cannot recommend it enough!

Very enjoyable stay

Pro: Excellent location, so near to the historic centre. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Great communication with Luca before and during our stay. He was very responsive to my questions and allowed us to check in early. He gave us extra towels to take to the beach (which we didn't use)

Contro: The shower door didn't close properly and the water did leak on the floor, but there was a mat.

Spacious apartment which has everything you need for your time in Catania. We felt very comfortable there.

Pro: The accommodation was excellent. Great apartment with bedroom and on suite upstairs, living area, bathroom, outside patio and washing machine. Luca was very attentive towards us and checked in to ensure everything was going well. This apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Luca suggested a parking garage, one street over, which gave us the flexibility of coming and going when we liked, knowing the car was safe. We really loved this apartment.

Pro: This accommodation was absolutely beautiful, the location was great, and the apartment was perfectly clean. Communication with Luca was smooth. He sent us all the information as well as recommendations on where we could go. He was kind enough to lend us extra towels when we needed them. The location is in the city center, everything is within walking distance, or you can rent electric scooters. If you need to do laundry, there is a washing machine, and you’ll find all the necessary things there, even an iron for your clothes. I think it’s more suitable for two people. It has two bathrooms, two air conditioners, a small balcony, and a terrace where you can sit in the evening. There’s also a stone grill, so if you want to barbecue, it’s possible. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and we will definitely come back here.

Contro: When you take a shower, some water leaks through the shower door, but that can always be wiped up. Maybe just add a little more kitchenware – basically everything you need is there, but it would be nice to have a few more pieces.
