Pro: Tutto come da descrizione. Appartamento pulito, letti molto comodi e a disposizione caffè, zucchero, fette biscottate e marmellate. Presente anche l’ asciugacapelli. Host molto gentile, disponibile e veloce nelle risposte, ci ha lasciato usufruire dell’appartamento per tutto il giorno del check-out senza farci pagare nulla in più. Consigliatissima!

Pro: Raramente si trova un appartamento così pulito. Grande disponibilità per late check-in - il papà della nostra host ci ha accolto di persona alle ore 21.45! ed è stato molto gentile. Posizione comodissima per università (proprio dietro ai Benedettini!) ma anche per la piazza centrale. Location tranquilla, supermercato a 50 metri

Contro: Nulla che non sapessimo già (è al pianterreno in un cortile interno e può capitare che passi qualcuno, dunque è meglio non tenere tutto aperto se si sta in deshabille' in casa 😉)

Weekend a catania

Pro: La proprietaria molto accogliente e gentile, il locale nuovo e pulito, letto e cuscini molto comodi

Tutto perfetto

Pro: Accoglienza, professionalità e gentilezza ai loro massimi livelli. La struttura è proprio come nelle foto, i letti comodi e addirittura c’era del cibo per la colazione. Noi avevamo un congresso al monastero, quindi la posizione per noi è stata perfetta. Noi non abbiamo mai trovato una proprietaria così gentile! Grazie e a presto

Comoda soluzione per visitare il centro di Catania a breve distanza da Piazza Duomo

Pro: Pulizia, dotazione della camera, vicinanza al centro (Piazza Duomo raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 minuti), complimentary breakfast, disponibilita' e chiare istruzioni fornite dall'host

Contro: L'appartamento si trova nella parte vecchia di Catania in cui le strade e gli edifici intorno sono poco curati; da valutare, venendo in auto, il parcheggio in strada o in un parcheggio custodito. Le dimensioni dell'appartamento sono appena sufficenti per 4 adulti considerando che due posti letto si ottengono da un divano letto (comunque comodo)

Good value for money

Pro: Very comfortable beds. Quiet at night. Location is good. Communication with the host was excellent. All our needs were met.

Contro: There was a coffee machine with Bialetti brand capsules, but there were no capsules provided. We couldn’t find this brand in the stores so we didn’t have coffee at the place.

Great apartment!!

Pro: The apartment is located very close to the cathedral. Communication with the owner was fantastic, always responding quickly, very friendly!! The apartment is very comfortable and clean, it has all the services, hair dryer, iron... The best thing, the bed is very spacious and very comfortable. We have had a spectacular week, thank you very much!!

Contro: Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Nice stay close to the centre

Pro: The apartment was very close to the city centre, about 5 minutes walk. It was clean and it had everything you could need during your stay. The host was helpful and responded quickly if I had a question. We arrived around 9 in the morning and she was kind enough to let us check in as soon as we arrived. We did self check in which was smooth and quick.

Contro: The only negative I can mention is that the neighbours were a bit loud, but that is not the hosts fault.

Great location to explore city

Pro: Convenient location, only a 10 minute walk from the city centre, though it's in a very narrow alley and it's hard to find nearby parking. We used a private parking lot about 10 minutes away which worked well for us. Great communication from staff, and very lovely host. Well equipped flat, provides some basic staples if you want to cook, proved useful to have a first aid kit. Really nice touch to have a map of main attractions and restaurant suggestions.

Contro: Nothing major but we found a few insects here and there despite not leaving any door/window open.

Pro: Super kontakt z właścicielką, mieszkanie czyste, delikatesy bardzo blisko. Do dworca kolejowego i autobusowego 25 minut na nogach. Centrum około 500 metrów. Wszystko super.

Contro: Świerszcze budzą nad ranem🥴
