Cozy's house nel cuore della città

Pro: It was really comfortable and well equipped. Excellent place to stay. The host was really helpful and kind. Great location in Catania.

Pro: The house had all facilities you need for a family holiday- kitchen, dining table, ironing board+iron . We choose it for the fact it had two separate bedrooms and a sofa in the living/dining room so it perfectly accommodated our group of 5 people. It was relatively close to the main square(10 min walk). The Borsellino bus station is 20 min away and the train station was on a 35-minute walk+ there is a Tocal supermarket at the corner -1 m away. The owner was helpful and communicative.

Contro: It was on a noisy street with cars running all night and loud neighbours -but I guess this is the southern Italian lifestyle:)) The bedrooms were a bit tiny, especially one of them with low ceiling and no lights apart from the bedside lamps. The staircase leading to the bedrooms is a bit narrow so it will be a challenge with bigger suitcases.

Great locations, nice flat

Pro: The apartment is very well located, very close to the main piazzas, but remote enough from crowded streets. The place has all you need for cooking, eating at home, all the toiletries, coffee machine etc. The host is super responsive and the directions were very clear.

Contro: The place is on the ground floor and it gets very noisy when someone is speaking downstairs.

Pro: Clean apartment, very good location, kind host, we would go back:)

Pro: Location is really great. Property is spacious, clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth. We enjoyed our stay

Contro: We were family of four. The bed in the second bedroom is a bit too small to accommodate two people sleeping. But otherwise nothing really. All was good

Contro: La señal de televisión, no tuvimos tele en toda la estancia.

Uitstekend verblijf aan een aantrekkelijke prijs.

Pro: De accommodatie is goed uitgerust: airco op elke kamer (!), wifi, koffiezet, wasmachine... en ligt op een tiental minuten gaan van het historisch centrum. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep vlot (via Whatsapp). Er kwam telkens snel een antwoord op vragen. Er ligt een bewaakte (en betaalbare) parking op een tiental minuten wandelen. Zeker gebruiken als je een auto huurt!

Contro: Het huisje ligt niet meteen in de mooiste of meest rustige buurt (maar dat is relatief, de vraag is of die er wel is in Catania). Je neemt best oordoppen mee.

Pro: Locatie aproape de centru, gazda foarte amabila. Apartamentul este curat si dispune de toate facilitatile de care ai avea nevoie.

Contro: Apartamentul nu este foarte bine izolat fonic, strada fiind destul de circulata, noaptea este putin deranjant. Nu este neaparat un lucru negativ, depinde de fiecare cum percepe.

Pro: Appartement propre et fonctionnel pour un petit séjour. Il est bien situé par rapport au centre de Catane. L’hôte est très réactif et la réception des clés est assez pratique si votre arrivée est tardive (système de boîtes à clés avec code).

Contro: Le lit d’une des chambres est un peu petit pour accueillir 2 personnes. La rue est assez passante donc un peu bruyante (un marchand de glaces passe tous les matins vers 9h avec une musique forte et une cloche donc réveil un peu brutal). Bien qu’il soit bien situé dans Catane, il est assez éloigné de la gare routière (un peu plus de 30 min de marche) donc si vous souhaitez visiter d’autres villes via le train, je conseille de prendre un établissement plus proche de celle-ci ou bien un Uber depuis cet appartement.

Bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament

Pro: W apartamencie masz wszystko czego potrzebujesz na wakacjach. Wielki plus dla gospodarza za wyposazenie obiektu. Od żelazka po wózek na zakupy. Klimatyzacja w każdym pomieszczeniu. Dobrze działające WIFI

Contro: Okolica trochę straszna. I brak miejsc na pozostawienie bezpiecznie auta.
