The House tre punto zero

Pro: Proprietario molto cordiale e simpatico, veramente alla mano, ci ha fornito una casa molto bella piena di comfort, spaziosa ed invitante.

Contro: Migliorerei la pulizia della struttura, nulla di grave ma un po' di accortezza in più non fa mai male. Ottima comunque l'esperienza, quando tornerò a Catania saprò a chi affidarmi!

Posso solo ringraziare per la cortesia e la simpatia Giovanni, se torno a Catania tornerò qui.

Pro: posizione strategica non troppo vicina al centro e quindi tranquilla e allo stesso tempo in 15 minuti di passeggiata ci si trova nella piazza della Cattedrale, la soluzione è comoda da raggiungere con l' auto. Spazi giusti per un buon appoggio serale/notturno e poter girare la zona in giornata. Dotazione completa con asciugamani e attrezzatura cucina, tutto molto funzionale e confortevole.

Contro: metterei una doccia anche nella seconda camera in modo che entrambe siano indipendenti, per 2 coppie di amici sarebbe il top, per un solo nucleo famigliare è perfetta anche così.

Pro: L'appartamento su due piani è bellissimo e super accessoriato. Tutto nuovo perché appena aperto. Le camere sono grandi e la vasca idromassaggio è fantastica! Il proprietario Giovanni è molto disponibile, generoso e corretto.

Contro: Il bagno è un po' piccolo ed è al piano superiore.

Pro: The apartment is in a good location, definitely a cleaner part of Catania, close to the main train station. It is on a relatively quiet side street. There are two supermarkets nearby, several restaurants, and a pizza takeaway, which was a great recommendation from the host. The apartment has two floors, with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a toilet downstairs. Upstairs is the second bedroom, a hot tub, and a toilet with a shower. All rooms have air conditioning. The beds are comfortable. Cleanliness is fine. Communication with the host was smooth, quick, and friendly.

Contro: I recommend equipping the kitchen with a longer knife and a kettle. A minor drawback is the noise, both in the lower room from the street and in the upper room from the courtyard, where pumps are constantly running. It's nothing terrible, you can get used to it. The shower is really small, which may be a problem for larger people.

Pro: Close to the city centre, modern facilities and very helpful staff!

Family stay in Catania

Pro: Very good localisation. It was very easy to go on fooet literally everywhere. 10 minutes to railway/bus station if you want to travel from Catania, 15 minutes to center, many nice shops and restaurants near, 200 m to Penny, 600 m to Lidl. The host was extremely helpful, also a very nice guy who supported us every day on Whatsapp with suggestions what else is there to be seen in Sicilia, in Catania and nearby. He also reacted immediately in case of problems, was enough just to call. Air conditioning on both floors, working very well, nice and cool after coming back from August Sicilian heat. A nice bonus was a bathtub with hydromassage. Whole family very satisfied.

Contro: Maybe there was something to complain about but we did not found it.

A great place to stay when in Catania

Pro: Great host, very helpful. The place is very near several grocery shops, cafes and pizza place. Easy to get to by bus from the airport.
