Soggiorno carino, la casetta ha contribuito a farlo trascorrere in tranquillità e comodità
Pro: Mi è piaciuto tutto della struttura, molto comoda, luminosa e pulita, completa di tutto quello che serve. Il punto dove si trova è proprio comodo per chi viaggia con i mezzi pubblici.
Contro: Niente di negativo. Mi è piaciuto tutto della struttura:)

Pro: La casa è comoda e fornita di tutto ciò che serve. La posizione è strategica a 1 minuto a piedi dalla stazione dei pullman e tre minuti da quella ferroviaria. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Pro: Spazio molto grande, pulito ben arredato, è presente sia lavatrice che asciugatrice, cucina con macchina del caffè e tutto il necessario. Il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare in frigo una bottiglia d’acqua grande, direi che hanno pensato proprio a tutto!
Contro: La posizione non è il massimo. Comoda per la stazione (5min a piedi) e il centro storico (15 min a piedi) ma la via un po’ degradata, inoltre si sentono molti rumori sulla strada

Pro: Appartamento delizioso, dotato di tutti i confort. Non manca davvero nulla. La casa è estremamente pulita e il proprietario è attento ad ogni minimo dettaglio. Andrea è una persona squisita, sempre reperibile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Appartamento straordinario lo consiglio!!!

Pro: Appartamento nuovo, siamo stati i primi ad alloggiare, dotato di tutti i servizi, presenti anche la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice. Host super disponibile e gentile! Flessibilità per il check-in e per il check-out e possibilità gratuita di deposito bagagli! Nel bagno è presente anche un asciugacapelli, degno di essere chiamato tale, e non quelli che di solito si trovano (del tutto inutili). Possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina nelle traverse circostanti (libero) o possibilità di prendere i mezzi pubblici in quanto l'appartamento è molto vicino alla stazione! Complimenti ad Andrea per aver reso super accogliente la struttura!

Honestly, the best choice in Catania
Pro: I am very satisfied with choosing this apartment for my stay in Catania. The apartment itself was clean, nice, and equipped with everything needed for everyday living, just like at home. Andrea was very helpful, clearly explained how to check in, and was also available whenever his help was needed. The location is excellent! Only 2 minutes from the bus station, 5 minutes from the central train station, 6–12 minutes from grocery stores, and about a 20-minute walk to the old town. I highly recommend it 😉
Contro: I will only mention a slight humidity issue, as I believe it can be fixed, but it does not affect my highest rating of this property.

Our stay here was wonderful, we felt truly at home.
Pro: A very cozy and comfortable place with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Thoughtful details — a first aid kit, shower gel, coffee in the kitchen — created a real feeling of care and hospitality. We truly felt at home.
Contro: I didn’t notice any shortcomings.

Pro: it was very comfortable and clean, very spacious apartment and it was decently quiet, and all the necessary amenities for use were provided. I really liked that the owner checked us in earlier than the required time, and after check-out he kept our luggage with him until the flight :)

Very good location and well equipped, would recommend.
Pro: The location was 5 minutes from the bus station and a 10 minute walk from Penny/Lidl. The host kindly let us water in the fridge and some coffee pods for the next morning. It is also a 15 minute walk from the center.
Contro: The apartment only had AC for heating, which made the first floor warm where we slept, but downstairs was a little chilly.
