Pro: La stanza è pulita, carina ed accogliente, ha tutto il necessario e dista pochi minuti a piedi dal Centro di Catania. Il proprietario ci ha lasciato anche dei buoni per fare colazione alla pasticceria in fondo alla via che era formidabile!

Contro: La stanza dà direttamente sulla strada ed è poco insonorizzata quindi se siete sensibili ai rumori non fa per voi.

Pro: Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, la stanza molto pulita.

Pro: I proprietari sono gentili e molto disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. Pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Educazione e professionalità sono il loro cavallo di battaglia.

Pro: Le camere accoglienti e di nuova fattura con servizi ordinati e puliti, il personale sempre cordiale si è reso disponibile sin da subito, situata a due passi da via plebiscito fa sì che si possano raggiungere luoghi di maggior interesse, davvero bella !

Pro: The room was a short walk from the city centre and easy to find. The lock box entry system worked well. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and spacious. It has been recently refurbished. Everything worked well. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of room for the sofa and table and chairs. Great value for money. The owner responded quickly to our email questions.

Contro: If you are a light sleeper it may be a bit noisy. Also we stayed a Saturday night and there was a band playing just down the street, with the odd effect of sounding like it came from behind the unit. It was loud but the music was good and it stopped about midnight. The area is old, but even though we are an elderly couple, we found it safe and people very friendly.

Pro: Everything was clean, nice location. Room Nr. 2 was quite quiet. There was a small fridge and they gave us coupons for a nearby bakery.

Contro: No cutlery or kitchenware. Weird wall lights.

Pro: Located in a good area, and equipped well. The room was clean and the host was nice and easy to communicate with.

Contro: I would put more blankets and the house is a bit noisy.

Pro: Das Apartment ist ausreichend groß. Liegt zu Fuß etwa 15min vom Meer und einem Lidl und 10min vom Stadtzentrum. Rundherum sind viele Cafés, Restaurants, Bäckereien. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir bekamen kleine Gastgeschenke wie Sekt und Wasser. Auch bekamen wir Besteck und alles was nötig war, um unsere Melone zu essen - ohne, dass wir etwas sagen mussten. Absolut großartiger Service, vielen Dank dafür! Vor der Unterkunft stehen viele freie Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Pro: Alles prima. Frühstück im Café die Straße runter mit Gutschein vom Host hat super geklappt :)
