Struttura molto bella e curata in ottima posizione

Pro: Ottima posizione. Host molto gentile e sempre disponibile, nella camera abbiamo trovato dolcetti tipici ed indicazioni su dove manguare. La struttura e' molto bella, arredata con gusto e curata nei minimi dettagli. Consigliatissima

Pro: Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico alla Dimora di Sveva Le camere erano pulite, spaziose, accoglienti, arredate con gusto. Il Signor Pepe è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile, attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.La posizione è perfetta per per visitare il centro storico. Consiglio vivamente questo B&B a chiunque cerchi un'oasi di pace, un punto di partenza per esplorare la zona.

Pro: Good location, very close to the historical center. Spacious rooms with nice ceiling paintings, although at first they caused the feeling of emptiness (there aren't many items or furniture in the rooms). View on the small, but busy street, but it's Italy - which street is not busy? Helpful owner, easy contact. AC in both rooms. All required equipment (towels, hangers, fridge, etc) available except the washing machine or kitchen. Included breakfast meant coupons to nearby cafe (1 per person per day, all available at once) - a snack (pizzetta, arancino, etc) plus a drink (small coffee or juice).

Contro: Rooms felt empty with lack of furniture (bed, 2 bed stands and one TV stand in one room, sofa, 2 tables, 2 chairs, a cabinet and a fridge in the other) and very high ceiling. On the other hand bathroom/toilet could fit one person tops (about 5sqm including shower space). Huge and empty space also meant fairly cold nights (we run AC to warm up just before sleeping). Not sure if this is standard in Sicily considering the yearly weather, but there was no central heating, while the temperature in the night was as high as 7-10 degrees Celsius outside - it wasn't bad, but it's something to consider for those who don't like chilly mornings.

Pro: Stunning apartment, very secure, spotless and comfortable bed

Amazing location, property and very nice host!

Pro: Excellent host who was very helpful when we needed information, accommodated to us needing to check in early. Very nice and friendly. The apartment is very big and there is a lot of space in the rooms, located a short 10 min walk from Piazza Duomo. There is a washing machine home on site! 100% recommend

Contro: 1. Not a big problem at all, but there are no plates and cutlery so if you want to cook dinner, you will need to buy some. There is a shop next to the property that sells forks and knives and plates! 2. The only issue with the property is that there seems to be a smell coming from both bathrooms at so you need to leave the light on to allow the vent to work

Pro: Amazing location, Peppe was very helpful. This apartment was very clean, beautiful tiles and ceilings. the Bed was very comfortable, beautiful huge rooms and hotel standard. Fantastic shower.

Contro: Front room next to road was still a little loud even though had double glass and shutters.
