Pro: Ad accoglierci è stato Mario, il proprietario della struttura. Che dire, si è rivelato essere una parte fondamentale per il nostro soggiorno a Catania. Ci ha consigliato dei posti ottimi da visitare ed è stato sempre disponibile. Una persona davvero piacevole con la quale chiacchierare. La struttura si presenta molto bene con tutto il necessario. Una nota davvero positiva, oltre a quelle già elencate, è la posizione. 1 min neanche per fare colazione con le specialità siciliane, 10 min per la stazione di Catania e 15 min per la stazione degli interbus. Sicuramente se dovessimo scegliere un posto per soggiornare nuovamente a Catania, torneremmo qui, alla Casa Di Giorgia. Un saluto da Veronica e Samuele!

Pro: Small, but tidy and very well located apartment, everything what's needed was provided. Fantastic contact with the host and a great personality, his kindness and his will to help in every situation. When i said there was no sharp knife, within 1 hour he bought and deluvered 2 packs (7 knives)! He was first person who called me and greeted me after landing in Catania :D amazing!

Good value, bright and clean, modern, central

Pro: Convenient between the Station and the Duomo Piazza. Freshly renovated and everything worked. Enthusiastic host Mario was very friendly. The street was quite quiet for a city centre which is important for a ground floor appartment.

Contro: We cooked and I loved the induction hob. Property is still being “finalised “ eg currently no wifi or TV - as described, but we had data and were out in the day and evening. The front door needs a blackout curtain as the street lights are bright all night. Kitchen needs a sharp knife and a wooden spoon. A cafetière for us coffee addicts. Or a simple strainer would do.

Pro: セントラル駅から徒歩10分、ツアーバス発着のドーモも同じく徒歩10分と大変便利な場所にある その割に環境は静か すぐ近くには朝から24時まで開いてるカフェがあり、ジェラートはなんと60種！！惣菜もアルコールもあり、free wifiも完璧です お部屋は大変スタイリッシュ、オーナーのセンスの良さが感じられます what's up が必要ですが(wifi必須)レスポンスが迅速で困っても直ぐ対応してくれました

Contro: たまたま寒い日だったので、シャワーのお湯がもう少し長く続くと最高でした 連絡したら対処してくれたと思います
