Pro: gentile e piacevole il padrone di casa. Ampi spazi nelle due camere. molto bello il terrazzino sui tetti con vista mare

Contro: Il portone del condominio è fatiscente, ma non dipende dal proprietario. metterei a disposizione degli ospiti delle posate, anche se la cucina non è utilizzabile

ci siamo trovati benissimo

Pro: la struttura si trova in una zona molto comoda. la pulizia ed il proprietario della casa la rendono una delle migliore strutture a Catania

Vacations in Sicily

Pro: The apartment is very well situated, quite spacious, and lovely decorated. It is a shared place, so you will share the entrance hall, and then the upstairs is for the guests. Despite being almost in the city center, it was surprisingly quiet, we were not disturbed by the traffic noise. There is a pretty terrace, ideal for breakfasts and apéritifs, but you've got to climb the steep stairs, so keep it easy on the aperols. We had very clear instructions from our host about the arrival and departure. And every time we needed something, our host would respond quite rapidly.

Contro: It was clearly stated from the beginning that we will not have the access to the kitchen, so no surprise here. But because we would eat breakfasts or have an aperitif or coffee later in the afternoon on the terrace upstairs, and we were 4, it was tricky with the tablewear - we quickly ran out of cups, spoons, and plates, and we couldn't really wash it ourselves. So every time I had to ask the host to leave us something.

Pro: A great week. Everything is clean and well organized. We felt wonderful

Pro: the host Davide was so gracious and nice. the apartment was clean, and the host even offered both coffee and snacks in addition to washing our glasses after use. the refrigerator was cold, and the AC was perfect being in both rooms. The terasse was great with a view.

Contro: the stairs are a bit troublesome going up to the terasse.

Pro: Highly recommend this apartment, everything is so good organized with attention even to small details. The host provided us with everything we need and the terrace is really rare find with amazing sea view

Niezapomniany weekend!

Pro: Lokalizacja, czystość, wielkość apartamentu i zaangażowanie właściciela obiektu. Najwyższa kasa! Świetna kawa.

Contro: Pani sprzątająca, która w dniu wyjazdu przyszła do apartamentu przed 7 rano budząc nas. Było to spore zaskoczenie. :) że na dole ktoś już mocno czeka na zwolnienie apartamentu.

Pro: Bardzo czysto, piękny taras, cały czas dostępny ekspres do kawy i przekąski. Świetna lokalizacja do poruszania się pieszo, komunikacją oraz z parkingiem dla auta też nie było większego problemu. Gospodarz bardzo miły.

Contro: Nie ma oddzielenia od części właściciela- tylko otwarte poddasze. Jest to bardzo klimatyczne miejsce ale nie w pełni prywatne.

Pro: La situation, très central. Hôte très réactif Appartement très propre et avec tout ce qui faut, très bien équipé Petit déjeuner inclus

Contro: Pas de store au Velux donc réveil de bonne heure avec le jour qui se lève tôt
