Bello, comodo e pulitissimo 😃

Pro: Bellissimo appartamento ristrutturato a nuovo in un vecchio palazzo. Tre camere da letto ciascuna col proprio bagno, cucina attrezzata, pulitissimo, parcheggio con telecamere a pagamento a 100 metri, molto economico e molto comodo. Non centrale, ma siamo stati benissimo. L'host gentilissimo.

Contro: Struttura non adatta a persone con ridotta mobilità in quanto assente l'ascensore

Pro: We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment in Catania. It is newly renovated, very well maintained, and offers three rooms, each with a private bathroom. Everything you might need is provided, the apartment is extremely clean, and the interior is modern and tasteful. The hosts are discreet and reliable, and clearly make an effort to ensure a smooth stay. Although it is located slightly outside the city center, there is a secure and affordable parking facility right next door, which is very convenient if you are traveling by car. We would definitely stay here again.

Contro: A few flights of stairs, best for those travelling light. No lounge/sofa area. Located 15 minutes walk downhill to historical centre.

Beautiful apartment, oasis in a dirty Catania

Pro: Beautiful and well equipped apartment, ideal for family. 3 large bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Great service, safe parking 100 meters apart. Comfortable and compatible for people looking for nice apartment as a base to travel all around Sicily.

The weather was good and the trip was successful

Pro: Excellent accommodation. Especially suitable for families with teenage children. Each had its own bathroom with a shower. The teenagers got the peace they needed. The interior was modern and the air heat pumps in the rooms came in handy in the heat of Catania. The landlord gets full marks. Communication was good and all wishes were fulfilled. If you wanted to cook your own food, the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. I warmly recommend this accommodation.

Contro: The entrance hall was dark.

Pro: Kind helpful hoast, good detailed instructions, nice, clean, spacious, well equiped apartment, close to public parking and city centrr at realistic price.

Contro: The staircase is a little unfriendly, but once you get in it is another world.

Pro: Very clean, every room has bathroom and aircondition, that was great! Owner communicated very quick via chat in booking. 🙂
