Pro: Appartamento nuovo e dotato di tutto il necessario. Personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione comoda. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è un parcheggio a pagamento aperto h24. Un'ottima esperienza. Torneremo!

Pro: L’alloggio è davvero confortevole, attrezzato di tutto per farvi sentire davvero a casa, ideale sia per brevi soggiorni che un po’ più lunghi. Perfettamente ristrutturato e molto pulito. Comodo parcheggio comunale a 50mt. Host gentilissimo e reattivo. Non fatevi ingannare dall’aspetto esteriore del palazzo…la via è rumorosa ma l’appartamento affaccia all’interno e si riposa benissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Pro: The location was great. The host was friendly and responsive. The apartment was spacious and mostly quiet (only some noises when the apartment above was cleaned)

Contro: The sofa was not so comfortable

Pro: This was a good location for visiting Catania with a car - only a short walk to the historic centre but plenty of parking, on-street and in a nearby car park with reasonable rates. Fernando is very prompt to respond to questions and the apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean.

Pro: It looks just like in the pics, maybe even better. The apartment was clean, equipped with everything we needed. It’s really close to the center (a distance of 5 min walk), in a historic area. Fernando is great, always at your service, if you need anything. We had an amazing stay!

Pro: Host Fernando left very detailed recommendations and was always quite responsive, the apartment is very good equipped and clean. Very comfortable to stay inside.

Contro: Location. Probably, it is a down town, and when you will leave your clean apartment you will recognize first the tons of trash on the streets, crazy drivers, it is not possible neither safely walk or drive in this location. Looks like a getto. Skimmers. Our car has been damaged by someone on the parking. Beach with trash , sea with trash. This feedback is not about the apartment but about the location and city - diamond in pile of rubbish.

Beautiful large apartment within walking distance to all sites

Pro: This is an incredibly spacious tiled apartment which is cool and calm after the hustle of Catania. It is well located with a 15 minute walk to all attractions in the old centre but is quiet and perfect for an afternoon siesta. Fernando was a responsive and helpful host and we really appreciated the extra touches of there being some garlic, olive oil, coffee etc in the apartment so we could do some cooking especially for breakfast. Overall highly recommend as an affordable and comfortable stay in Catania.
