Accoglienza e comfort in posizione comodissima
Pro: L'appartamento è in una posizione centrale a pochi minuti da piazza Duomo, dal mercato della Pescaria e da tutte le principali attrazioni del centro storico di Catania, ma si trova in una via tranquilla e silenziosa, tanto che tra una visita e l'altra siamo potuti ritornare a riposarci a casa nelle ore più calde. È dotato di tutto e molto confortevole: aria condizionata, cucina attrezzata, due bagni, divano, TV e ampi spazi per valigie e abiti, senza dimenticare che nel palazzo c'è l'ascensore. L'host Sergio è stato super gentile! ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo per il check-in anticipato, ci ha fatto trovare in frigo acqua e succhi, e ci ha fornito tantissime informazioni su luoghi da vedere e bellezze della città: su suo consiglio abbiamo scoperto il Museo dello sbarco del 1943, veramente interessante. Catania mi è rimasta nel cuore e casa Malù sarà sempre il nostro punto di riferimento in città!

Pro: Consigliatissimo. Proprietari gentilissimi e pronti a fornire ogni tipo di indicazione e consiglio. La struttura, un appartamentino molto accogliente, pulito e provvisto di tutto il necessario (persino un paio di sigari) in posizione super centrale, strategica per raggiungere tutte le bellezze della città. Torneremo!!

Splendida location in pieno centro Catania
Pro: posizione ottima, affianco ad una piazza piena di vita e locali e nonostante ciò nessun problema di rumore e caos. l'appartamento è un gioiello di comodità e il secondo bagno aiuta notevolmente ! Sergio è stato cortesissimo e ci ha dato tantissime informazioni. splendida location e splendidi padroni di casa.

Pro: There is everything you need for pleasant stay! Location is perfect - 2 min to Duomo! It is quiet area, but 2 steps from the centre. The fish/fruit/vegetable market ir near rhe appartment. Recommend! 😊

Excellent stay in Catania centre - close to everything
Pro: Central, spacious and clean apartment, with all amenities one might need for 1 week stay. Exactly like in the pictures. Short walk (few mins) to Fish market, Piazza Duomo and Via Etnea; we walked to the beach as well as to the railway station (20-30 mins walk), also to Villa Bellini park; the apartment it's basically close to everything. Altough in a central area, there was no problem with the noise, it was very quiet at night. Very attentive host - he helped us with recommendations and also replied/supported timely whenever we contacted him.
Contro: All Catania appartments seem to be heated during winter via so called heat pumps - meaning AC machines (we've been there for New Years Eve). Being with a 4 years old kid recovering after a cold, this didn't work for us - not warm enough and the air would get dry. We decided to buy a radiator and Sergio (the host) offered to pay for it (which he did) - so all turned out great in the end! Thank you!

Pro: The apartment is clean, private and has all necessities for a comfortable stay. AC in both rooms. Great internet connection. Close to the city center, many restaurants and bars are around.

Pro: Excellent accommodation with everything you need included, AC worked well, bed comfortable, spotlessly clean, quiet at night, no noisy neighbours. Excellent location right in the middle of historic centre and 20 mins walk from central’s station. Owner is nice person
