Pro: Appartamento centrale e comodo con tutto, proprietaria molto disponibile

Appartamento accogliente a due passi dal Castello Ursino

Pro: Posizione centrale sulla bellissima \

Contro: Cucina poco attrezzata (l'unica padella disponibile era inutilizzabile,nessuno strofinaccio/scottex a disposizione); si suggerisce di avere un pó più di attenzione e premure verso gli ospiti (non è piacevole trovare olio scaduto nel 2022 e patatine aperte..)

Appartamento spazioso, silenzioso e molto centrale.

Pro: Appartamento di dimensioni ottime. Open space ben distribuito. Ho apprezzato la posizione, che risulta comoda a qualunque posto si voglia raggiungere. L'insonorizzazione ottima, nonostante la zona sia ricca di locali all'aperto aperti fino a tardi. L'appartamento è di ottima qualità

Contro: All'entrata nell'appartamento c'era un po' di odore dagli scarichi. Assolutamente non fastidioso però penso fosse solo un problema temporaneo.

Pro: L'alloggio si trova in una posizione eccezionale, in una zona molto viva e piena di locali, ristoranti e un'ottima libreria, molto vicino al Castello Ursino e comodissima per raggiungere la fermata degli autobus per visite fuori Catania e per raggiungere l'aeroporto!! Assolutamente consigliato!!

Ottimo appartamento nel centro di Catania

Pro: Posizione ottima in una zona vivace e molto bella, l’appartamento è grande e accogliente, dotato di tutto l’essenziale, finestre ben isolate acusticamente vista la zona comunque un po’ rumorosa, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. Comunicazione perfetta con l’host.

Very well located and clean mini apartment, close to everything central in Catania

Pro: The apartment is really well located in a small piazza in central Catania, max 8-10 mins to the Cathedral by foot, in a nice area. It was clean, the price was convenient, the bed was comfortable, there is also a sofa and the kitchen was well enough equipped for our needs: a fridge, a stove, coffee machine, a kitchen table; there is a washing machine in the bathroom, a spacious shower, a sink (a little too high for me :) with useful toiletries). There are small shops on the nearby streets, where you can buy more coffee capsules, washing detergent, snacks etc. We did not cook, but there are pots if you wish to cook, as well as plates, cutlery, glasses, cups. I would return here next time we visit, being so clean, spacious and central. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, but we enjoyed hearing the artists singing live in the piazza, on certain evenings. We found it very atmospheric. Thank you for a comfortable stay, we hope to return! :)

Contro: None of these things were a problem for us, just sharing for those who might care: the stairs are steep (we did not mind to take them even 2-3 times a day, only bother if you have mobility issues), we could not get the tv functioning but we really didn't care about it, either, we were out most of the time; the sewage smell others mentioned is not so bad and not the owner's fault, out of 5 days we only sensed it once because of heavy rain, which flooded the city drainage (and low air pressure) and it disappeared very quickly. We kept the bath window open and closed the bathroom door and there was no problem in the rest of the apartment. I write this for those in doubt about booking because of previous reviews. I am glad we booked here. Our stay was fine and we enjoyed to commodity of the central location!

Perfectly located,close to Catania attractions comfortable appartament.

Pro: Large room, comfortable bathroom, shower, washing machine. Good kitchen equipment. Overall, a nice view from the windows onto a cozy, full of gastronomy corner right next to Ursino Castle. Very helpful owner. Flexible in approaching guests. Easy accommodation and contact. Best possible in the city location.everywhere is close.

Contro: Actually for the price we paid is difficult to complain about anything.

The best value for money

Pro: The apartment was as described, we received the access information on time, the access was smooth. Our host was kind enough to accommodate our request for arrival. The apartment is clean, especially on hot days it can be pleasant. The centre is a few steps away.

Contro: If you're an early riser, it's not the best choice, because the nightclubs in the square in front of the house are still crowded and noisy late at night. But for those who can deal with that, the super location and great price make up for it.

Pro: Nice apartment, there is everything you need. Very close to the center, the famous fish market and sights. To the beach half an hour walk. I rate the stay in this property very good. Amazing view to Etna. I recommend!
