Appartamento bello ma fuori mano.

Pro: Appartamento carino e seppur spazi stetti nel corridoio, e scale davvero strane.. tutto sommato molto accurato e massimizzato ogni spazio.

Contro: La posizione davvero s omoda ed in zona non tanto bella, anche molto trafficata e fuori mano.

Pro: L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, molto bello e accogliente. I mezzi pubblici e tante attività commerciali a portata di mano.

Contro: Il posto un po' rumoroso già dalle prime ore del mattino.

Pro: Very nice and clean place. Plenty of places to sleep. Fresh and clean towels, bedsheets and duvets. TVs are in the living room and in the bedroom. There are cupboards and hangers. Washing items available in the kitchen. Free on-street parking. The railway station is a few minutes' walk away. Catania Airport is around 5 km away, easily accessible by public transport. Thanks for the nice stay.

Pro: All exceptional, well-kept rooms, bathroom, air-conditioned balcony in two rooms, all excellent

Clean flat on dirty streat.

Pro: Very regional. Flat was big and clean, with balcony. Good cofe from the machine. Bakery on the very corner. We generally liked it for one night.

Contro: Lack of toilet seat. Brekfast included meaned there was some long term bread, coffe machine and coffe tablets to do breckfast by myself. That is not what I expected but maybe that is the standard. The streat is dirty, old, busy, noisy with creasy Italian traffic with no rules but lots of sound signals... not the owners responsibility of course.

Pro: Das hat mir sehr gut gefallen vor allem die Lage und die Austtatung. Was mich gestört war der W Lan. Wir hatten kein Internet😒

Pro: O apartamento é realmente excelente. Grande, espaçoso e bem dividido. Bem equipado, com todos os itens necessarios.

Contro: A localização é um pouco precaria, porque fica distante do centro, há poucos onibus e a estação Aquiccela (que fica nas proximidades) está permanentemente fechada

Pro: Très bon accueil. Le quartier est bof mais l'appartement est très bien.

Contro: Grosse trace de calcaire qui donne l'impression que c'est sale. Mais c'est propre.

Pro: Włascicielka wpuściła nas do mieszkania kilka godzin przed godziną piętnastą .Dziękujemy , bo byliśmy z dziećmi 👍 Ładne i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie. Śniadanie rogaliki , dżemy i sucharki oraz kawa tylko pierwszy dzień ale nam to nie przeszkadzało . Cena za pobyt bardzo dobra

Contro: Przy bardzo głośnej ulicy . Widok z okna nie ładny . Na chodnikach mnóstwo śmieci

Nice guest house with unpleasant check in and check out

Pro: Location was excelent: 20-30 min walk to the Castel and also close to public transportation buss station. 20-25 min walk to public beach and there are supermarkets to do shopping if neccessary. Good value if you're on a budget...

Contro: Unpleasent comunication with owner on check in and check out. On check in, although she confirmed I can go early, she asked me to do her a favour and come a bit later. When I have arrived at the location, around 2 PM, she did not answer to messages, nor the phone to provide the access code for the box where the key was... I had to call to Booking call center and stay for about 2 hours in the middle of the day, tired and under the sun... when she finally answered and provided the access code for the key, the front door locker had a problem and the key was not opening the door. The guy from next door, from bets, tried to open the door for me without any success and facilitated the comunicatiin with the owner of Concordia, convincing her that the key doesn't work for real. After a while, the owner asked someone to come and see what the problem was... One of my worst experiences at check in... During my stay I couldn't access the internet. It's good that I had mobile data... PLEASE DO SOME CHECKING AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY BEFORE RENTING! On checkout, although she confirmed 3 times through booking that I can checkout late, when I tried to reconfirme for the fourth time, she said it's not possible and created such an unpleasant checkout. Anyway, the apartament is nice decorated, I had everything I needed, except for the wifi... Other unpleasent situation was with city tax.... wouldn't hurt to give people info during the stay how you want to proceed with it. Hopefully my review will help the owner to offer a more pleasent stay to other guests!
