Pro: Casa molto accogliente e ben arredata con gusto c'è tutto quello che pensi che possa servire

Dalla A alla Z, non mancava proprio nulla! Gentilezza, pulizia ed accoglienza sono i punti forti di questa Holiday house

Pro: La cura fino al minimo dettaglio, ogni comodità possibile era presente, bagno completo con prodotti per la cura generale (ho girato tante case, nessuna aveva tutti questi prodotti, soprattutto di brand buoni!!). L’accoglienza di Andrea è stata la cosa migliore del soggiorno, attento a tutto e soprattutto si vede che ci mette tanto per rendere il vostro soggiorno speciale, spero che tutti possiate apprezzare tanto quanto l’abbia fatto io

Contro: Nulla! abbiamo avuto persino il garage, cosi da non avere problemi con i parcheggi!

Andrea mi ha accolto con grande gentilezza e professionalità, facendomi sentire subito a mio agio e fornendomi tutte le indicazioni utili per il mio soggiorno. L'attenzione e la disponibilità nn sono mai venute meno, fino all'ultimo momento. La colazione era deliziosa e abbondante, la pulizia impeccabile e l'ambiente molto curato. Un soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni aspetto. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità ritornerò sicuramente è lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Pro: There was a very warm welcome from Andrea. The personal touch was appreciated a lot in these days of remote check-ins. The area is a historic part of the city, a little, rough around the edges, but full of character and atmosphere. The walk to the Duomo is about 15 minutes. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. It has three tvs for example and a very cute balcony area for breakfast..

For travelers who appreciate real Sicily

Pro: A very comfortable apartment — small, but perfectly equipped with everything you might need. Spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The apartment is perfect for short stays. We stayed as a group of three and had a wonderful time. The host welcomed us with lovely Christmas treats: champagne, a box of sweets, and a traditional Christmas cake. And the host truly deserves a special mention — one of the kindest, warmest people we have ever met. An absolutely wonderful experience.

Contro: The location is fairly close to the Old Town — about a 10-15 minute walk — however, the neighborhood itself is not the most attractive. Some of the typical issues of Catania seem to be particularly concentrated in this area, such as trash on the streets, a generally neglected environment, and a lack of nearby shops or cafés. As in other apartments we stayed in across Sicily, we experienced some power limitations — for example, using the heating and kettle at the same time could cause the power to trip. This appears to be a common local issue rather than something specific to this apartment. Parking nearby was difficult due to very narrow streets and tightly parked, often damaged cars, which made us uncomfortable leaving a car there. Overall, the surrounding area did not feel particularly safe

Pro: Really recommend. The hosts were lovely and helpful and were there to welcome us on arrival. The apartment itself had everything we needed - fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, lovely balcony for an alfresco breakfast/drink in the evening, even complimentary snacks.

Great apartment, super comfy, long walk to the centre

Pro: The host was very helpful and professional. The apartment is very nice and new. Everything is arranged really well, the kitchen is ready to use, the AC and internet are good. Excellent shower. They stocked the fridge with cold drinking water, which was so nice, we didn't have to worry about getting more water all the time and carrying it back. They also provided coffee pods and even cold prosecco on our arrival. Really nice 🙂 Sliding door between the two parts of the apartment are great when one person wants to sleep earlier than the other, adds sound proof and privacy.

Contro: The location is not great. Though I found the neighbours friendly and didn't feel unsafe, it's a longer walk than expected to get to the sights in the centre.

Pro: The apartament is very clean, comfortable and modern. There is everything you need. We loved it. The hosts are nice and helpful. They welcomed us with delicious wine, fruit and chocolates. They offer a private shuffle service from the airport for a reasonable price. We highly recommend this place.

Pro: Fantastic host, absolutely new apartment with a luxury style! You really feel it is your home!

Pro: Bardzo wygodne duże łóżka,i poduszki.kuchnia patio ,gdzie można powiesić pranie ,bo jest pralka.Ogólnie dobrze wyposażony apartament. My byliśmy we dwoje ale są dwie oddzielne sypialnie i spokojnie można lecieć we 4. No i syn właściciela Andrea który nas przywitał z butelką prosecco, miły dzieciak i bardzo pomocny.
