Pro: Pulizia totale,staff gentilissimo.Punto strategico!!!

Pro: Appartamento centrale, ristrutturato, ben arredato, pulito e dotato di aria condizionata in ogni camera. Facile possibilità di parcheggio ed attrazioni della città raggiungibili a piedi. Manuela molto gentile nella sua accoglienza e pronta a darci consigli sulla città ed i luoghi da visitare. La consiglio a tutte le famiglie o i gruppi di amici.

Pro: Spacious and modern apartment in a traditional building with a short walk to the city centre. Manuela was very helpful and very responsive to queries. A great host.

Contro: The power is enabled by a card attached to the door key, which means the electricity is disconnected every time you leave the apartment. You then have to wait quite a while for the WiFi to restart when entering the apartment.

A vast apartment nested in a historic building at the heart of the historic center of Catania

Pro: The location and the space available. The light and the cleanliness. The person who received us was helpful and flexible enough to allow a late checkout

Contro: The building and the common areas were quite rundown with n’unfortinatley line the rest of the buildings in Catania it seems, especially in this historic district. One of the rooms did not have a window on the outside but on the entry. The streets are quite noisy and the neighbors as well and despite the insonorisation difficult no to hear all that.

Pro: Spacious, comfortable beds, good showers. Excellent location only 10 minutes walk from city centre attractions. Manuela was very helpful with check in and out as well as making excellent restaurant recommendations.

Cool design and spacious

Pro: This flat was a jackpot for my family (4 adults and one teenager). The location is perfect for all the sightseeing. Its a stylish flat in a historical building, which made our stay in Catania more authentic. It has enough common space with a functioning kitchen, couch and a big dining table, as well as private space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms were spacious and quiet, we all got good night sleep. The whole flat was nicely clean. During check-in, Manuela came personally to greet us which was convenient after a long traveling day. Also, for the whole stay we were in contact through Whatsapp, Manuela was giving advice on taxi etc. It was very helpful, I dont think anyone could get such personal support when staying in a hotel. Im very happy we chose Manuela's flat and would definitely recommend it to others!

Pro: Manuela was very friendly and she gave us a lot of great tips: what to do, where to eat, where to visit. The location of Casa Dante was optimal for us and the apartment in a historical building fulfilled all our needs. Highly recommended.

Pro: Great property in a perfect location right across from the Church of Saint Nicholas. The flat was clean and comfortable. Self-check in was simple and smooth. The host gave many recommendations for the area and was incredibly helpful and responsive. I would recommend this property.

Nice apartment for a group of people

Pro: Very nice, spacious and cozy apartment. It`s really enough of space for a group of people (we were 4). There is all the stuff in the kitchen if you need to cook. The apartment is located in a little walking distance from the center. The windows face an active street but with closed windows it was quiet but if you like to sleep with open windows... it will be not possible. In general we liked our stay and Manuela was always helpful.

Contro: One inconvenience we had... the far bedroom from the living room had no Internet connection. Probably because the building is historical and walls are too wide. It was not a big problem but a friend who lived there always needed to go to the living room to get Internet connection. So a recommendation for Manuela maybe to put one more Internet router there.

I can recommend the accommodation.

Pro: Excellent location, every attraction is in walking distance. The area is reasonably quiet during the night. The apartment has recently been refurbished and very clean. The rooms are large, well equipped kitchen.

Contro: Please note that special rules apply to one of the bathrooms, and selective waste collection must be taken into account, as well as the guest's responsibility to take the garbage to the front of the house on the days according to the garbage calendar.
