Al di sopra delle previsioni, sorprendente, meraviglioso

Pro: In primis l’accoglienza direttamente dalla proprietaria, la signora Alfina, gentilissima, le svariate indicazioni dove mangiare…e in secondo luogo la tranquillità’ della zona, posizione eccezionale a 5 minuti dal centro pulsante di Catania: via Crociferi, piazza Duomo, Castello Urbino, movida, mercato del pesce, anfiteatro romano, monastero dei benedettini, teatro Bellini e tanto altro ancora….. compresa la centralissima via etnea dalla quale abbiamo avuto la fortuna di vedere una eruzione notturna dell’Etna come da foto allegata

Contro: Non saprei individuare una cosa che non mi sia piaciuta veramente soddisfatto in tutto

Pro: Ho solo una parola era MERAVIGLIOSO🙏🥰Sia casa con tutti Sia Ospitalita. Grazie Alfina per tutti. Lei aveva preparato casa con cuore. Questa viaggio abbiamo scoperta Sicilia ma anche abbiamo trovato una gentilissima Amica .Cara Alfina ,Appena possibilita vorremmo ospitalita a nostra paese 💕💐

Beautiful Apartment, Great Location, and a Thoughtful Host!

Pro: We had a wonderful stay at Alfycondindia! The apartment is beautifully decorated in a charming Sicilian style, spacious, clean, and very comfortable — especially the bedrooms, which made for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic, close to everything yet with an authentic local feel. Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, greeting us with sweet treats, fresh fruits and even a bottle of champagne — such a lovely touch! You can really feel the warmth and care that went into preparing the apartment for guests.

Contro: The only small downsides were some noise from the street at times, and a bit of plumbing noise when using the kitchen tap or shower. However, these were minor issues compared to all the positives. Overall, a delightful stay that truly captured the spirit of Sicily.

Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable trip.

Excellent property and lovely host.

Pro: Host and location were both excellent. The property itself was well equipped, clean and comfortable. For an apartment in an old city centre it was top notch.

Contro: Nothing really we very much enjoyed our stay. A little more time in Catania would have been nice but this time we had a tight schedule.

Comfortable family stay

Pro: Very beautiful interior, classy and with a taste. Comfortable beds, clean apartment. Spacious place, very close to the city center and restaurants around. Very lovely host who took a great care of us.

Homely, comfortable flat in the heart of Catania.

Pro: A perfect flat for a short stay in Catania, even better if you plan to stay for a long time. It's a home away from home with everything you might need, beautifully furnished, as well as being a very short distance from the heart of town. There are excellent places to eat and drink nearby if you're not cooking at home, and you're very close to the street market if you do want to buy ingredients. Alfina is a warm and friendly host who is very invested in her guests' comfortable experience. Thank you so much!

Contro: The water pump is a bit noisy whenever water is running, but this seems like an unavoidable feature of Catania. Not a problem unless you like taking midnight showers while everyone else is asleep.

Pro: Great location in the city centre, nice apartment, well equipped, spatious rooms.

Contro: Water pump has a loud and irritating sound every time you open a tap. Parking is not private, you park on the street but usually there is a place nearby.
