A due passi dal centro

Pro: Posizione, arredamento, comodità del doppio bagno: uno in cucina e l’altro in camera da letto. Ottima la gestione del check in e comoda la disponibilità dei parcheggi in strada gestibili con app easy parking. Finalmente un posto dove non si trovano residui di odore di fumo grazie all’accurata gestione della struttura. Direi un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo da tenere in considerazione.

Cute apartment in Catania

Pro: L'appartamento è molto bello, confortevole e la comunicazione è stata eccellente. Ha una stazione della metro a pochi passi quindi ben collegata. Se si possiede la macchina ci si gode ancora di più il soggiorno.

Pro: Very clean, comfortable….walking distance to center.

Pro: The apartment was clean and comfortable. Handy to metro.

Contro: A few more kitchen utensils (large knife and bread board) and a few more coffee pods would have been nice. Minor detail but easily fixed.

A good apartment of excellent quality

Pro: A new high quality apartment with an excellent standard of furniture and facilities. It is one of the 5 units located on the first floor of an old building. As revealed from the previous reviews, the apartment has been undergoing renovation since early 2024 and during our stay, there were people doing the marble of the floor at the entrance. Everything is brand new and of high quality, shower, toilet, closet, bed and sofa bed, windows etc. Cooking facilities and utensils are good for a short stay. There are a total of 3 balconies, 2 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. Everything was well appointed.

Contro: The “4 season” closet may be a little bit too big, leaving just a small space on the bed side (only 20 cm) and it may not be necessary for short stay. Regarding the apartment, the provision of paper towels and a dryer for dishes will be useful to keep cleaned dishes tidy but it’s a minor issue. The apartment itself is 10/10. However, I have some comments on the check in procedures: 1. The representative of the host was late for 20+ minutes and we waited for her on the street downstairs of the apartment. 2. The representative gave a brief introduction of the facilities in the apartment then asked me to sign on a blank page of her tablet. It was later known to be a contract specifying the terms of our 2-night stay. The representative professionally asked me to put my email address and sent me the contract by email, without telling me that it’s a contract and without explaining the details thereon. She demanded to have our credit card for guaranteed payment of compensation in case of damage which we gave. After dinner, I checked my email and found the contract. Upon reading paragraph 6, it was stated, among other things, that the representative had shown me the apartment and I acknowledged that the apartment was in good condition. The fact was that she just asked me to sign. Then I looked around the apartment and found that a bedside shelf was missing, with only 3 holes left. I sent a message via booking.com informing them of the missed bedside shelf. I requested their representative to be present upon checking out to check together the condition of the apartment. They replied on the following morning to have a staff member present at 1000 hours on our check out. We waited until 1015 hours to send the first reminder as no one showed up. We waited until 1030 hours to send a send reminder. Around 1035 hours, we called them to urge their staff to come over.

Very nice apartment in Catania

Pro: Very nice, spacious and clean apartment. It actually has two stories with the second one on top with bathroom and bedroom, while on the lower level is the kitchen with little saloon and a small toilet. Room was nicely furnished, bathroom nice and clean. Very nice and helpful hosts.

Contro: It is a bit far from the center (about 30-40 minutes walk).

Pro: Apartamenti jauni un ar visām ērtībām. Netālu metro un LIDL. Mums bija problēmas ar kondicionieri, kurš nedzesēja gaisu, bet tās īsā laikā atrisināja īpašnieki. Ļoti laipna atieksme, izpalīdzīgi ! Neliela piezīme par to, ka atrašanās vieta ir ļoti tālu no vēsturiskā centra un ar kājām sanāk liels gabals ko iet.

Contro: Īpašnieki prasa rezervācijai kredītkarti, kas likās ļoti dīvaini! Nav iespējams atstāt ieslēgtu kondicionieri, kad izejat no apartamentiem, jo ejot prom jāizņem atslēga, kas atslēdz elektrību.

Modern and elegant

Pro: Lokalizacja z dala od tętniącego życiem i hałasu centrum jednak w odległości takiej, że można spacerkiem dojść do miejsc zabytkowych. Blisko znajdują się sklepy, kawiarnie i restauracje.

Contro: Brakuje w apartamencie wieszaka na ubrania, ostrych noży do chleba, nożyczek i ociekacza ma naczynia.

Apartament piękny, wygodny, okolica przyjemna, ale jest przeznaczony dla osób wymagających i niektóre drobiazgi wypadało

Pro: Apartament piękny, wszystko nowe, ładnie urządzone, bardzo wygodne łóżko i kanapa, wystarczająca ilość poduszek, dobre wygłuszenie i zaciemnienie w razie potrzeby.

Contro: - był kurz na podłodze, - brak jakiejkolwiek pułki pod prysznicem był niewygodny, - było żelazko, ale nie było deski do prasowania, - była pralka, ale nie było suszarki - był ekspres kapsułowy, ale dla 2 osób na 4 doby przeznaczone zostały tylko 4 kapsułki - ręczniki pozostawione w szufladzie nie były pachnące świeżością, a raczej przesiąknięte remontowym zapachem - może przydałby się jakiś zapach do salonu chociaż

Sin duda repetiría si volviese a Catania aunque si tienen en otras ciudades o incluso otras ubicaciones no me importaría

Pro: Todo. Confort, diseño, climatización, la amabilidad de la anfitriona. Todo fueron facilidades desde el principio. Una zona silenciosa y tranquila de noche. Y tuvimos la suerte de aparcar todos los días en la puerta.

Contro: No hay ningún pero. Todo era perfecto.
