Pro: Everything was absolutely perfect. The host Emilio was super nice and helpful, communication went smoothly. Our requirement were all met. The apartment is spacious, modernly furnished and perfectly clean. There are groceries and other services nearby, the proximity to the metro is great.

Pro: It was spacious, included everything we needed and more. It was located in a good neighbourhood, close to metro, restaurants, grocery store and an official parking place.
Contro: The noise from the street and the neighbours was noticeable and made sleep more difficult. The pillows were not comfortable, made from some artificial material.

Pro: The host met us at the apartment and showed us around. Later we asked her for a restaurant recommendation and she gave us a really good place to eat. She was very nice and friendly. The apartment is very spacious and has two balconies and two bathrooms. It was really clean. I thought there would be 3 bedrooms but one was locked so we only had use of a double bedroom and a single bed in the lounge area. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are dark with shutters. The showers are powerful. We didn’t eat in, but the kitchen contained the essentials needed. The area is very nice with shops and restaurants etc. it was very close to the underground metro stop to travel quickly into the centre of Catania. Overall this is a great place to stay. I recommend it.
Contro: The electric switches off when you leave the apartment. I understand this is to save energy, but it made it tricky to charge our kindles and do washing as this could only be done while we were in the apartment. There was just one armchair, some extra pillows or cushions would have been handy so we could sit and relax on the beds.

Considering that we travel often, this was our best stay
Pro: The owner of the apartment is very empathetic and helpful. You might wonder why this property has so few reviews. The reason is that it's only just been built and therefore brand new. Everything is spotless, from the floors and walls to all the furnishings, kitchen, bathrooms, everything. 10/10 from us. The apartment's location is excellent. It's just two minutes from the Italia metro station, which offers direct bus connections to Syracuse, Ortigia, Taormina, and Etna. The apartment is equipped with three air conditioning units and free Wi-Fi. Everything you need is included: towels, washing liquids, shampoos, detergent, washing machine, washing powder even fabric softener. All great!
