Pro: Appartamento piccolino ma super accogliente, posizione fantastica ! A pochi metri hai tutto il necessario ma l'appartamento si trova in una via chiusa assolutamente silenziosa. Serena è stata gentilissima e pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda!

Very central for exploring the city
Pro: The location is perfect - a wonderful, beautiful quiet street. There is a big market just around the corner and you are in the best part of Catania. You can have breakfast outside, in front of the appartment. It is exactly as advertised and good value for money. Serena is extremely nice and helpful - we could leave the bags till midday when our bus left. It was very quiet at night. When we arrived a big dog barked from the balcony above the flat, but the owner seems to keep it inside at night, it did not wake us :-)
Contro: There was a strong air refresher smell in the flat, too much and too intense for me, especially as you cannot air the place well.

Pro: À cosy apartment, on a cute little street, in a good location. A little oasis of calm 2mins walk from the bustling market and restaurants of via Filomena.

Quite Cozy loft
Pro: Everything was perfect, super clean and comfortable. The place around is amazing, I definitely fell in love with it, so peaceful but near the centre of city, just 10 minutes to walk for the cathedral. Serena is very friendly and helpful for any questions. I certainly know where stay in Catania now.

Very good
Pro: This cozy little Appartment is located in the quiet neighborhood in the center of the city, where you can go anywhere from there easily. The room is neat and equipped with the convenience for cooking if you are not already or familiar with the local cuisine.very nice experience.
Contro: Just mention that the trash were not separated with different materials and types, I guess it’s the city issue?
