Un soggiorno da Re in Sicilia
Pro: Appartamento meraviglioso, situato in pieno centro. Il proprietario di casa è una persona gentilissima, che si è messa a disposizione e ci ha garantito un ottimo soggiorno. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, adatto soprattutto per lunghi soggiorni. La camera da letto ha un soffitto con affreschi dei primi del '900 che vi farà restare a bocca aperta. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Da togliere il fiato!
Pro: L'appartamento di Simone si trova nel cuore pulsante di Catania, praticamente tutto il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, l'appartamento di per se è da togliere il fiato, splendido, spazioso, pulitissimo e la cura che ha Simone per i suoi ospiti fa venire voglia di non andare via. Attentissimo ai particolari e alle esigenze di chi alloggia, sembra di stare a casa di un amico che non vedeva l'ora di vederti. Grazie di tutto!

Eccellente vacanza
Pro: Posizionato nelle immediate vicinanze del centro cittadino, l’appartamento è molto accogliente e arredato con gusto. Ha tutto ciò che possa servire per il soggiorno. Massima pulizia di tutto l’appartamento e disponibilità da parte del proprietario molto attento ai clienti e disponibile. Grazie ai suoi consigli abbiamo ben visitato Catania e dintorni. Voto 10+

Pro: L’appartamento è un gioiello d’epoca che si trova nel salotto elegante di Catania. Realmente a due passi dalla Villa Bellini, dalla via Etnea (la più esclusiva della città) e dal centro storico. Zona ben servita, ricca di negozi e locali e a due passi dallo storico mercato catanese “Fera ‘o Luni” adiacente piazza Stesicoro. Facile anche trovare parcheggio per chi viene in auto. L’appartamento, ristrutturato finemente e con buon gusto, arredato con il giusto mix tra classico e moderno, è caratterizzato dalla splendida volta dipinta, opera del pittore S. Gregorietti. Grande, luminoso, dotato di tutti i comfort e insonorizzato perfettamente. L’host Simone è una persona speciale, disponibile e accogliente, in grado di rendere la vacanza unica e indimenticabile, fornendo informazioni sui luoghi di interesse e locali tipici della movida catanese. La colazione offerta da Simone, era ricca e con prodotti di qualità, consumata in un buon bar adiacente alla struttura.

Pro: Exclusive Gina's Apartment was very comfortable and cozy. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The frescoes on the ceiling were particularly beautiful. But the best thing about it was the hospitality of my host, Simone. He was always there to help and advise me throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again when | visit Catania.

Fabulous apartment, fabulous host, fabulous stay.
Pro: The apartment has amazing artwork, a stunning fresco on the bedroom / lounge ceiling. is tastefully decorated and is very large. The location is very good for exploring the city centre and with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The host is also excellent and looked after us throughout our stay. He also picked us up from the airport in return for a very reasonable fee.
Contro: Wanting to be picky, the bathroom could do with renovating and is not quite on par with the rest of the apartment. Having said that, I would very happily stay in that apartment again.

A stylish apartment in a fabulous location!
Pro: Simone was an exceptional host! Always very prompt with communication, ready to help with anything I needed and full of fabulous suggestions about what to see and things to do during my stay. He also went above and beyond by picking me up from and dropping me off at the train station when I arrived/departed. The apartment itself was fabulously close to the historical centre, restaurants and shops as well as a daily market and was very well equipped and stylishly designed/decorated. Overall, a very comfortable place to call home while in Catania.

A Real Treat in Catania!
Pro: What a fantastic stay we had at Gina's apartment. The apartment was beautifully decorated and of course the painted ceiling was spectacular. Simone was the perfect host. He collected us from the train station and provided lots of recommendations for activities, eating and drinking. Excellent location, safe and secure entrance. A Real Treat!!!!
