Pro: Bellissima posizione in centro appartamento dotato di ogni comfort il signor Giovanni molto gentile e disponibile ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Contro: Assolutamente niente

nonostante qualche disagio , sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno a Catania

Pro: Mi è piaciuto il servizio di accoglienza , la pulizia ,il benvenuto trovato in appartamento , il comodo letto , i servizi da bagno, tutto impeccabile

Contro: le cose che non ho apprezzato , ma non dipendenti dalla struttura , sono stati i rumori notturni , la scarsa pulizia nelle strade , e la presenza di vari senza tetto nelle vicinanze

Pro: Posizione ottima. Molto pulito. Posizione strategica per luoghi di interesse e servizi. Host molto disponibile e simpatico.

Contro: Niente.

Pro: Posizione centrale, appartamento molto pulito e host davvero disponibile.

Contro: La posizione è abbastanza trafficata per cui con le finestre aperte è un po' rumoroso.

Pro: L'appartamento era pulito e in ordine. Il proprietario si è dimostrato disponibile e cortese. La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole visitare la citta.

Pro: Giovanni met us personally at the airport, explained everything, and told us what to see in Sicily. Wine and other pleasant touches were waiting for us at home. The building itself is centrally located, with a Lidl and coffee shops nearby. The square with the Church of Santa Agata is a 10-minute walk away, and the train station is also a 10-minute walk away. The apartment has everything you need: a cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine, and coffee machine. It also has a nice bathroom. On our last day, Giovanni allowed us to leave our bags after check-out, and we picked them up that evening. We're incredibly grateful for that! (There are no storage lockers at the train station.). We have been traveling for many years, but never encountered such kind and responsive hosts as Giovanni.

Contro: There's renovation work going on around the building, so it might create some discomfort. And a garbage car might be a bit noisy in the mornings.

Pro: Нам понравилось абсолютно все, очень хорошая квартира в центре города, все рядом, магазины , рестораны, автобусная остановка, станция метро все в пешей доступности. Кроме этого, замечательный хозяин Джузеппе, который нас любезно встретил на вокзале и привез к себе в квартиру, в которой было все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Все настолько продуманно,что мы остались очень довольны и можем только рекомендовать этот вариант всем,кто хочет остановиться в Катании и познакомиться с прекрасной Сицилией.

Pro: Las habitaciones eran grandes y cómodas. El anfitrión un 10, muy buen trato, amable y pendiente en todo momento por hacernos sentir en nuestra propia casa

Contro: Nada, quizás la cocina y el sofa de salón un poquito mas grande para poder estar más cómodos
