Really loved our stay in Catania at Central Green House

Pro: We loved the location of the property, it was really easy to get everywhere that we wanted to from here, and we found it very central. Easy walk to the main train station, and close to lots of good bars and restaurants and the market behind the apartment, which was particularly great on Friday when amazing fresh fruit, vegetables and fish were on display. Very vibrant.

Contro: This was good value for the money that we paid, nothing negative to add

Perfect!

Pro: My husband and I loved our stay at the Central Green House. The apartment was clean and well decorated, with basic amenities, in a good location to reach from the train station and for our excursion to mount Etna. It is also close to stores, sites and restaurants. Alberto was very friendly and responsive to our questions and the check in and out was easy. Highly recommend for a nice trip to Catania! Grazie!

Cozy place with high confort

Pro: The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. The confort was high (especially the bed) and we had all the facilities we were looking for. We felt like home. Alberto, the owner, helped us with tips and wrote to us a few days later to make sure everything was fine. In the last day of our stay, there was a problem with the boiler and Alberto with his father were very responsive and immediately helped us. We thank them for this.

Contro: nothing negative to say

Pro: Great localization, very nice and helpful host, well equiped apartament with washing mashine and dryer. Pleasant interior design. Lot of shops nearby, not far from central station.

Contro: Bathroom had soap stains under shower and some dark hair on carpet, looked like the cleaning was not done thoroughly. There's additional fee for late check-in.

Pro: The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with an excellent kitchen, bathroom and living area. It is located very close to the markets and restaurants. Two supermarkets were located just in front of the apartment. The location is also close to a bus terminal with connections to/from the airport and to other towns around Sicily. This is a great place to stay for exploring Catania and the surrounding area. Alberto was very nice and helpful. He was rather good in english so it was very easy to communicate with him.

Pro: Dobra lokalizacja. Blisko dworzec kolejowy i blisko do centrum. Plus za suszarkę i pralkę do prania. Naprzeciw Lidl.

Eine perfekte Zeit in Catania

Pro: Das Engagement des Vermieters war super, er war stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Sehr nett fanden wir, dass bei unserer Ankunft Obst auf dem Tisch stand, für Kaffee gesorgt war und wir Wasser im Kühlschrank vorfanden - eine sehr nette Geste. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Zentrumsnähe ist perfekt, alles war gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Contro: Es gab nichts was uns total missfallen oder gestört hat, es war alles okay für uns und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Pro: Appartement refait à neuf, bien pensé et bien équipé . Bien situé, proche de la rue principale et du centre ville pour aller visiter. A proximité du marché et en face de magasins alimentaires. Accueil sympathique par Alberto qui nous a donné des conseils et des adresses pour manger.

Contro: Un peu bruyant les matins du marché.
