Assolutamente PERFETTA

Pro: La casa è splendida, esattamente come nelle foto, arredata con gusto e curata nei minimi particolari. I letti sono enormi e comodissimi. La zona è perfetta: a due passi dal centro ma tranquilla e abbiamo sempre parcheggiato l'auto gratuitamente in strada. Valentina, host perfetta sempre cordiale e disponibile. Non si può chiedere di più!

The apartment has everything you need, very clean, tidy. Near the city center, the location is very convenient. If I had the opportunity, I would give it 15 out of 10 👌

Pro: The apartment is HUGE, and its style blends classic, modern, and cozy elements. It’s excellently equipped, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and we were provided with tea and coffee as well as a small emergency snack for after our arrival. The private terrace is perfect for evening chats. The neighborhood is great: the Duomo is a 10-minute walk away, and in the surrounding streets you’ll find excellent little local grocery shops, bakeries, and pastry shops—definitely worth trying. The street is quiet at night (as quiet as it can be in central Catania), the building is clean, the stairwell is well kept, and the neighbors were kind. Valentina was an endlessly helpful, communicative, and friendly host.

Contro: The electrical system is a bit tricky and can’t handle too much load (I think this is a feature of the building itself rather than the apartment specifically), but within a day or two we figured out which appliances can run at the same time and which ones don’t get along. It didn’t cause any issues for us.

A great place

Pro: A great place, in the center, yet on a quiet street. A few hundred meters to the castle and other attractions. The apartments are incredibly spacious, with gigantic bedrooms, tidy, clean, and had everything we needed, including water, tea, and coffee. A very nice terrace with a view of the courtyard. Several bakeries are right nearby. A wonderful host, easy to communicate with, fast responses, and helpful advice. We are very happy with this choice.

Spacious, elegant, modern apartment

Pro: Excellent apartment in the heart of Catania, but at the same time situated on a very quiet street. Extremely spacious! Very elegant and modern!!! The host Valentina is a very kind and responsive person, attentive to the guests!!! We stayed for 3 nights, and we definitely recommend to anyone wanting to discover the region!
