Buona soluzione per Catania
Pro: Punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione.Il parcheggio ,Pollina Park, assolutamente indispensabile a Catania, è a 200m e sei a solo 5 min dalla ztl/centro città .Buono anche l'aver un cortile interno chiuso che ti isola dal quartiere popolare in cui si trova.
Contro: Buona la gestione degli spazi interni col soppalco ma da migliorare il sistema di aria condizionata ( un solo split a pt non rinfresca la zona soppalco a meno che non venga tenuto a \

Pro: Il soggiorno al Loft Gentile è stato davvero piacevole. L’host è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile fin dal primo contatto, rendendo tutto semplice e accogliente. La struttura è curata, molto pulita e arredata con gusto. La posizione è perfetta: comodissima al centro, ideale per visitare Catania a piedi. Un'esperienza decisamente positiva, da consigliare!

Pro: The location. The host was very responsive and helpful. It was spotless
Contro: Because the weather was so wet, it was hard to dry anything. The bathroom leaks a bit so everything in there stayed wet.

Pro: We loved how cosy the accomodation was. Paolo was super helpful. It was easy to find the appartment and to get the keys thanks to his instructions. The appartment is well equipped with everything we needed in our short stay.

Comfortable apartment but hard to find a parking spot
Pro: The apartment is very good, with confortable beds and very quiet. Downstairs there is a living room, little kitchenette and bathroom and upstairs there is a bedroom. We liked the little terrace/patio where you can enjoy a glass of wine. The apartment is close to the city center at walking distance. There are plenty of street food shops that you can eat from at a walking distance, including pastry, traditional food and ice cream.
Contro: The neighbourhood is very dirty with trash all across the street. The parking is free but only if you find a spot along the trashed streets, assuming you have a high level of parallel parking skills, while beeing followed by cars and scooters taking every small opportunity to fly by. I dont reccomand renting a big or expensive car because you might not handle the stress level that is given by the busy main street that is absolutely horrifying to drive through, squeezing through the impossibly narrow gaps between cars while you are beeing overtaken by a scooter.

Pro: Everything was great, location excellent, near centar, the Loft nice and clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, towels white and soft. Paolo is great host, he even brought us Sicilian tradicional breakfast last morning. If I come back I will stay at the same place. Paolo thank you!!!

Pro: The location is near the center. The owner is very kind and responsible! Near the apartment you can find gelaterias and small stores.
Contro: There is a strange smell at the apartment. It will be better if the apartment was cleaned every 2-3 days. We stayed 6 nights and nobody cleaned it. The air conditioner doesn’t work at heat mode! The area is very dirty and there is a trash everywhere on the streets!

Pro: Really nice place, all the facilities are good, Paolo is very helpful and flexible, we’ve seen reviews from other guests regarding the mess on the street and parking, however, we didn’t have problem, since we parked a little distance with low-cost paid parking, it’s totally fine.

Pro: Mieszkanie znajduje się w samym centrum, blisko ulicy Podlasińskiej – wszędzie mieliśmy blisko, co było dla nas ogromnym plusem. Lokal był bardzo czysty i zadbany, dostępny był czajnik, herbata, a nawet mały stolik na zewnątrz, co pozwalało nam miło spędzić czas na świeżym powietrzu. Wejście przez bramę i oddzielenie od ulicy sprawiało, że było cicho i spokojnie – idealnie do spania. Apartament okazał się wystarczająco przestronny dla dwóch osób, w zupełności spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Z czystym sumieniem polecam – bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny!
Contro: Przydałaby się suszarka na ręczniki, zwłaszcza po plaży – to jedyny drobny brak.
