Pro: Iniziamo dicendo che i proprietari, pur essendo giovani, sembra che abbiano fatto questo lavoro da sempre. La disponibilità e la gentilezza è il loro punto di forza. L’appartamento, molto pulito, è spazioso e arredato con gusto, non manca niente per trascorrere la vacanza serenamente . Pur in zona tranquilla, si raggiunge il centro in soli 5’ a piedi. Pro: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully designed — everything feels new, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. It was perfectly clean when we arrived. All the facilities are modern and well equipped, and the sofa in the living room easily transforms into an extra sleeping space, which is very convenient. The bathroom is modern and clean, with nice design details. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and fast, without the need for a personal meeting with the owner, which made everything easy. We also really appreciated the guidebooks with tips on places to visit in Catania — such a lovely touch. It’s possible we were the very first guests in this apartment, which felt like an honor for us! Everything was perfectly prepared and welcoming. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and will be happy to recommend this place. Thank you!

Contro: The only small downside is that the apartment is on the ground floor, so sometimes people pass close to the windows, but it didn’t affect our stay overall. We would also suggest adding a full-length mirror, fixing the shower (as all shower heads work at the same time even when switching modes), and perhaps adding thicker curtains for better light blocking and privacy.
