Pro: Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti a Dimora Balcuni Gelosia ed è stato assolutamente bellissimo! L’appartamento è nuovo, curato nei dettagli e rispecchia perfettamente le foto. Si trova nel cuore del centro storico di Catania, a due passi dal Duomo, posizione davvero ideale. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile: durante la prima notte abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema e si è subito attivato per risolverlo nel più breve tempo possibile, coinvolgendo anche i vicini. Una persona affidabile, rispettosa e davvero cordiale. La casa è pulitissima, con cucina nuova e funzionale, asciugamani morbidi e di qualità, decorazione curata e atmosfera accogliente. Super consigliato! Se venite a Catania e scegliete questo alloggio non ve ne pentirete. È davvero il posto migliore per soggiornare e visitare la città.

Family comfort, warm hospitality and the heart of Catania right at your doorstep!
Pro: We stayed as a family of four, including two children aged 5 and 9. The apartment is very large, spacious, and newly renovated. We slept really well — the rooms have air conditioning for both cooling and heating, which made our stay very comfortable. Our children were especially happy because each of them had their own bed. The owner, Francesco, was extremely helpful and always reachable via WhatsApp. He responded immediately and made us feel very welcome. The check‑in was smooth and personal, with a friendly greeting, key handover at the door, and a quick tour of the apartment. The location is outstanding perfect — as soon as you step outside, you find yourself right in the heart of Catania. There is always something going on, and you can experience the local culture up close. We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend this apartment.

Pro: Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We spent our vacation here and had an excellent experience! The apartment was very charming, perfectly clean, and extremely well-equipped — nothing was missing. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is ideal, just 3 minutes walk from Piazza del Duomo, close to shops, restaurants, and terraces. Despite being so central, the area was peaceful and easy to access. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Check-in was smooth, and communication was great throughout. We would gladly come back and truly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a trip to the area.

It was awesome!
Pro: Francesco, as a host was incredible. We were in touch all the time, and he helped me with every single question, even those not related to the apartment. Everything was clear and sorted. I highly recommend that everyone who wants to visit Catania. It's located directly in the center of the town, so every attraction is close. 10/10!

Pro: Piękne wnętrze , przestronne , czysto i wszystko co potrzeba pod ręką.
Contro: W opisie były 2 sypialnie a faktycznie była 1. Kolejne łóżku było w pokoju jadalnym a w małym pokoiku bez drzwi był rozkładany fotel. Mieszkanie dla rodziców z dzieckiem.

Pro: Vor allem die Lage, man kann alle Attraktionen zu Fuß erreichen, die Nähe zum Flughafen, Erreichbarkeit mit dem Bus, die ganze Wohnung.

Pro: Bardzo dobra i miła komunikacja z właścicielem obiektu. Bardzo pomocny. Mieszkanie jest zadbane.
Contro: Mieszkanie jest raczej dla osób bez dzieci. Brak pralki i zmywarki - niedaleko jest pralnia selfservice. Lokalizacja w centrum dla niektórych może być atutem a dla innych minusem - my się przekonaliśmy, że dla naszej rodziny raczej minusem. Brak szafy, bo trudno nazwać wieszak szafą.

Pro: Miejsce jest przepiękne. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Byliśmy z dwójką dzieci i mieliśmy wszystko czego potrzebujemy. Apartament przestronny. Były zapewnione również plastikowe naczynia dla dzieci. Wyposażenie kuchni w pełni zaspokajało nasze potrzeby. Lokalizacja bardzo blisko centrum. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo sprawny, bardzo szybko odpowiadał na wszelkie pytania.
Contro: W nocy z racji lokalizacji było momentami głośno ale dzieci nie budziły się więc było ok. Po zamknięciu okna nic nie było słychać. I brakowało nam szafy na ubrania ale to tylko drobne niedogodności.
