Contro: Non riuscivano a capire perché c'era un odore poco confortevole, fino a quando le finestre non erano ventilate, un po ', ma non molto confortevole.

Very kind people and well furnished apartment
Pro: Our stay in Catania was very good. The landlady and the manager were extremely kind and flexible, they speed yo the cleaning by to let us do the check in earlier than usual, all you need is in the house, it feels like a little home!!

Pro: Sabrina was very communicative and responsive and helpful. She even recommended excellent eating places. It was wonderfully close to the Duomo Piazza and University square - so we could stop and enjoy on our way to and from anywhere. The apartment was very homey with lots of decorations and items to make it feel like a guest room in someone's house. It was also very interesting to stay in a space that felt so historical. We could imagine all the different purposes it might have served through many decades.
Contro: (written by Bruce's wife) I use a wheelchair and it was difficult to find a lodging that would take a chance with me. We appreciate Sabrina very much!! 2 things to be aware of if you need accessibility: The threshold includes stepping up and over and back down. This worked fine for us because Bruce could lift my portable (and lightweight) power chair over while I stood holding on to the door frame. The shower has nothing to hang on to, and my travel suction-cup handle would not affix to the small tiles. It worked for me because Bruce could help give me a hand as needed. (We liked the apartment very much for many reasons. I only add these items for others who may need the information.)

Apartamento conveniente en el centro de Catania
Pro: El alojamiento es un bajo amplio reformado, tiene lo esencial para pasar unos días a gusto en Catania: muy céntrico pero sin estar en lo más concurrido, la cocina es correcta, mesa y cama amplia, ¡y lavadora!. Está cerca de la estación de autobús por si quieres hacer escapada a Siracusa. Anfitriona muy amable.
Contro: Es para personas con buen dormir, si te molesta el ruido de la calle o la luz, agénciate tapones y antifaz, al estar a pie de calle y ser unos bajos se oye bastante y las cortinas que separan de la puerta no cubren del todo. No cuesta nada prevenirlo.

Pro: TOP Lage. Mitten in Catania 🥳 Super liebe Vermieterin, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sehr viele Details in der Wohnung vorhanden, die man so braucht. Preis-Leistung unschlagbar gut.
Contro: Persönlich nur zu harte Matratze. Sonst alles super.

Pro: Appartement très grand en rdc à 5mn du centre et de la gare des bus de Borsellino. Déco un peu vintage mais jolies voûtes qui donnent du caractère. Équipement suffisant (nous n'avons pas cuisiné) et café et eau à dispo. Il y a un grand frigo et même une machine à laver.
Contro: Dommage que la douche soit si petite et fermée par un rideau. (il y aurait la place d'en faire une grande car la sdb est grande). La porte d'entrée n'est pas isolée, c'est un peu bruyant. La seule entrée de lumière, c'est la porte. Comme quasiment tout le temps en Sicile, on n'a communiqué avec l'hôte que par whatsapp.

Pro: Extremely hospitable and caring owners, amazing location with almost all the best Catania has to offer within a 500 m radius! Apartment is spacious and has all the required facilities + anything requested can be received through Sabrina! Served me really well as a base for travels in my two weeks here, especially with the kitchen and refrigerator. Thanks for making the stay so comfortable, going to miss the place!
Contro: Lack of windows and you can hear the loud traffic noises from the street
