OTTIMO APPARTAMENTO

Pro: Posizione strategica, appartamento ben arredato e accessoriato di tutto e proprietario gentilissimo! Super consigliato

In pieno centro.

Pro: La struttura si trova nel pieno centro di Catania, quindi é facile raggiungere tutti i principali punti di interesse a piedi. L appartamento é molto pulito e arredato con gusto. Di fronte si trova un parcheggio custodito con prezzi molto accessibili. Il titolare é stato molto gentile e disponibile. Anche se sotto vi é il mercato non l ho trovato per niente rumoroso. Consigliato.

Pro: La struttura era molto grande, accogliente e pulita. L’host è riuscito a venirci in contro nonostante avessimo avuto un imprevisto ed è riuscito a soddisfare qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Molto piacevoli anche alcuni omaggi come le capsule per il caffe, le merendine, marmellate…

Contro: Le uniche piccole problematiche individuabili sono: la posizione che, nonostante sia perfettamente in centro, non è il massimo specialmente se si è per caso costretti girare da soli la sera e poi le chiusure delle porte del bagno che erano un po’ difettose.

Pro: Everything is available within a few minutes from this apartment. The apartment was perfect for me:)

Nice place to stay in Catania

Pro: Quite spacious apartment with different amenities for your stay. There is an AC in your bedroom, so that's very helpful in hot weather. A lot of people in the reviews were complaining about the noise from the local market below, but I was sleeping with ear plugs, so that was never an issue. I actually enjoyed having it below - the fruits and vegetables were really delicious and not expensive at all. There is also a traditional Italian bar/cafe right next to you, where you can drink your coffee and eat some pastries in the morning. Overall a positive experience.

Contro: Not the fanciest neighbourhood and might be a little dirty after the local market, but not a big issue overall.

Pro: Overall a great apartment in a good location. Comfortable, well equipped and supplied, and located at the outdoor market.

Pro: Practically everything! The owner was very helpful the accommodation was perfect and super location 2 minutes from the center! Modern, well equipped nicer than the pictures! If you rent a car, I recommend the garage across the street (12 EUR/day) because there is a market every day after 6am and they will take your car away if you park in the wrong place. As the apartment is brand new it is very quiet even with the market.

Contro: At first the street and the house don't seem like a good neighbourhood but it's really 2 minutes to the shopping street and restaurants. No negatives!

Pro: Sehr gemütliche, gepflegte, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr geräumig und gut gelegen. Küche gut ausgestattet. Der Wochenmarkt ist direkt vor der Haustür, bis zu den zentralen Einkaufsstraßen und ins Stadtzentrum sind es nur wenige Fußminuten. Der Gastgeber war sehr entgegenkommend bezüglich meiner Anreise und insgesamt sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Contro: Im Januar war es anfangs etwas frisch in der Wohnung, aber nach einigen Stunden ließen sich die Räume mit der Heizfunktion der beiden Klimaanlagen aufwärmen.

Pro: Perfekte Lage, alles zu Fuss erreichbar Sehr schöne geschmackvolle Einrichtung

Pro: Rent ig sentral beliggenhet. Hyggelig og hjelpsom vert.
