Il Tulipano house

Pro: Struttura rinnovata di recente, pulita e spaziosa, munita di tutto l'occorrente. Stanza silenziosa, letto molto comodo. Padrona molto gentile e disponibile. Ideale per la sua vicinanza all'aeroporto e nel contempo a 15 minuti a piedi dal mare e dalla spiaggia. Consigliata! Per la colazione consiglio il bar Seby a 5 minuti a piedi dalla struttura.

Pulizia eccellente

Pro: La pulizia eccellente dell'appartamento, la disponibilità e l'accoglienza della proprietaria. L'appartamento è al piano terra ed è fornito di tutto il necessario e curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto vicino la porta d'ingresso . Giovanna , era a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione. A circa 1 km dal mare e a pochi metri da supermercati, bar, chioschi, ristoranti, fornaio.... L'aeroporto è raggiungibile in 10 minuti in auto.

Pro: Location is good. It is 10 minutes walk to the city center and if you a car, you have free public parking in front of the apartment.

Tulipano house- the bright flower in the desert

Pro: The interior is completely new and comfortable. Everything is very clean. Giovanna is a very lovely person and supplies instant support when requested. She even arranged an airport shuttle for us.

Contro: The way to the flat from the highway was quite rough. The neighborhood is nothing we have been familiar to so far. It was not dangerous but needs quite some investments. But from what I have seen from Catania's city center, this applies to a lot more streets. Tulipano house was the bright flower in the desert

Pro: The apartment is located in a typical part of Catania, just a 10-minute walk from the historical center. This is a good place for those who want to visit the old town. The owners are very kind and communicative.

Pro: Ery close to the airport - 11 minute drive - so great for the night before an early flight

Pro: Very nice and clean apartment, close to the airport, especially when early departure. Giovanna was waiting for us and saved my ass when providing Italian/Europe adapter :)

Contro: the bed in the kitchen (also 2nd bedroom) is only 80cm wide, so it would be great if the bed would be folded out, when an adult is sleeping on it it was not possible to open the door to let fresh night air in, since right behind the door was some A/C or something and it was super noisy. Happily the door had a good isolation, so it was not that loud.

If ever in Catania, choose Il Tulipano house

Pro: Everything was great. Comfortable and fully equipped. The consumables in abundance. Giovanna our host, sweet and attentive, took care of every detail in the house. Even outside, lighted 24 hours a day and monitored. We travel on a motorcycle and that was important for us.

Great place with nice host

Pro: Even though, cot wasn't available at the time of booking, we got a cot and high chair for our daughter which was really nice surprise. Also we asked if something else could be provided for breakfast and we got eggs, and breads. Which are not typical Italian breakfast. Giovanna was extremely kind, checked on us and asked if she could help with anything. Also she got us a huge box of coffee which was more than enough for our stay, 6 adults. We had everything in the apartments what we could need during our stay. Bus stop is just around the corner, supermarket is 2 mins walk away, also the beach is just about 10 mins walk. Great location, but the area is not too tidy, but locals were really nice to us.

Contro: The area itself is very rundown and not quite easy to walk with a pushchair, but it is the city not the host fault.
