La Perla di Brucoli

Rilassante, viste mozzafiato e fresco persino a Luglio

Pro: La posizione tranquilla, con una bellissima vista sul mare e l'etna e l'inaspettata presenza del barbecue. L'host è stato molto gentile e super disponibile per richieste ed informazioni. La struttura è veramente ben fornita e rende l'alloggio estremamente comodo, quasi come stare in casa propria! Aria condizionata in tutti e tre gli ambienti principali, bagno pulito e completo. Il fatto di essere in una zona recintata aumenta il senso di sicurezza e permette di rilassarsi, inoltre parcheggio incluso.

Contro: L'unica pecca del luogo è il fatto che si è obbligati ad avere una macchina e la strada per raggiungere il luogo è abbastanza contorta, non venite con macchine basse o sportive perchè di sicuro grattate. Ma questo in se non riguarda la struttura che è praticamente perfetta.

Pro: La Perla di Brucoli è stata una piacevole scoperta. Appartamento curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort, ubicato in una zona residenziale ideale per chi ama il relax. Host disponibilissimo e cordiale.

Meravigliosa Sicilia e meravigliosa La Perla di Brucoli

Pro: Il villino è nuovo, ancora più bello dal vivo che dalle foto. La pulizia è ottima. All’interno c’è gia’ tutto l’occorrente, non serve portare nulla da casa (macchinetta caffè, set di cortesia per doccia, lavatrice, ecc.). C’è un bellissimo e ampio giardino (come da foto) e un parcheggio interno al villino, comodissimo. La struttura è ubicata in un residence con cancello in una zona molto tranquilla, tutto al sicuro (cosa importante se avete noleggiato una macchina). Il proprietario Sebastiano ti fa sentire subito a casa, e’ una persona sempre presente, all’occorrenza e sì è dimostrato molto professionale e attento ad ogni esigenza. L’ubicazione è strategica per visitare la parte est della Sicilia, a 30 minuti dall’aeroporto. È assolutamente consigliato.

Beautiful stay

Pro: Sebastiano is a very nice host. He answere very fast. This is a very nice house, and the neighbourhood is silent. The garden is something we really enjoyed. If we are going back to Sicilia, we want to stay here one more time. We were 3 persons, and lot of space. All information from the host was very nice. So if you look after a nice place to stay, choose this house and host.

Pro: Sebastiano is a very kind host who replies almost immediately to messages sent. He provides suggestions for any type of activity if requested. The house is wonderful, well-equipped and lies in a quite and safe neighborhood. Check-in and -out was easy and very comfortable. As a family we enjoyed the silence and proximity to cities such as Syracus, Catania and Noto. The garden invites to play with children.

Comfortable, Clean, quiet, if you have a car is convenient to go any beach you want.

Pro: This villa is especially built up for holiday, inside you have everything you need: oven, wash machine, dish washer, I mean, everything. So make your holiday very comfortable. Everything is new and work good.

Contro: Maybe if you without car is difficult to arrive, but the owner of Villa helps you very much, he is very kind person super nice

Great property, lovely view - highly recommended

Pro: The property is truly beautiful. New building, well insulated, furnished with great taste, view on the Etna mountain and on the sea, air condition in the living room and in each bedroom, washing machine and dishwasher, nice grass outside with sun beds, and last but not least, the kitchen is equipped with everything! The owner is very kind, available and helpful. In many years of travels around it was one of the best properties we have stayed in! We had a great time there!

Entspannte und erholsame Wochen auf Sizilien dank La Perla di Brucoli und Sebastiano

Pro: La Perla di Brucoli erfüllte in jeder Hinsicht die Erwartungen. Das Ferienhaus haben wir exakt so, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben vorgefunden. Modern, sauber, freundlich mit allem was dazugehört. Der Garten war Top gepflegt und ideal für das Frühstück im Freien. Unser Gastgeber Sebastiano war mehr als zuvorkommend und war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit, dabei aber nicht aufdringlich, sondern immer dezent im Hintergrund. Alle Anfragen und Anliegen hat er umgehend beantwortet und sich darum gekümmert. Mehr Service geht eigentlich gar nicht :-) Die Lage in einer geschlossenen Residenz ist ideal zum relaxen und als idealer Ausgangspunkt für tägliche Exkursionen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt !!! :-)

Lugar tranquilo y muy agradable

Pro: Todo muy nuevo, limpio y lugar muy agradable. Muy buena comunicación con el propietario. Nos dejó unos dulces exquisitos y una botella de vino, bonito detalle. Hay una piscina comunitaria con un coste (bajo) que está muy bien.

Contro: Nada

Toller Aufenthalt, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Pro: Die Kommunikation mit Sebastien war ausgezeichnet, wir wurden bestens informiert und es hat alles geklappt. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war super, sehr sehr sauber und ohne jeden Mangel.

Contro: Wir waren in der Vorsaison was mit sich gebracht hat, dass die gesamte Residenz unbewohnt war oder wenn dann nur Handwerker in anderen Häusern waren. In Summe nicht ganz unerwartet - dennoch etwas überraschend.
